Lid not secured
I have ordered several times from Pets mart, always requiring medication that has to be kept cold. Always comes in a styrofoam container with plenty of ice packs which are usually still frozen or partially frozen and the container taped shut. This time the container was not taped shut and the ice packs will all soft, still cool but not like usual. The lid was loose. Just a reminder that the container needs to be taped shut. It was shipped on Tuesday and received Friday am.
