I still don’t have my seizure medicine for my cat after 17 days. Canada Post is terrible, and I don’t understand why this company keeps using them?

Cost better than vet.…
Landed cost to my home is less expensive than my vet would charge me. Shipping is expensive and to cut cost I order multiply units at a time. Delivery time is reasonable.

Ordered here many times - specifically ordering apoquel and flee and tick meds. Great communication - medication arrives always within 2 weeks from ordering. I noticed alot of bad reviews online, i think these people are expecting quicker shipping maybe….my thought, if your pet needs urgent care or meds you should get them directly from your vet!! I will continue to order here as the prices are great!!

Still saves money
It's annoying to have to send the physical copy of the prescription, but the prices are really much better than at the vet. If a customer pays for rush shipping, then maybe you could try to rush the order. Waste of $20, since the order wasn't processed for 4 days.

When my vet sends in a prescription, I am notified right away. After I place an order and when it is sent, they are prompt. Great service.
