The process and delivery of my order was seamless. The customer service rep who kindly took my order on the phone was efficient, knowledgeable, and kind. The order was delivered very quickly.

Missed the mailman at the door
Missed the mailman at the door. The package required a signature. It was held overnight, and I had to drive to the pharmacy the next day after 3:00pm to pick up the prescription.
I have no issues with package being left at the door or in mailbox. I don’t believe I asked for signature delivery.
I was very appreciative to receive the med in a reasonable amount of time.

Apologies for any confusion with the shipment - if an order contains any prescription medication, a signature a delivery is necessary and can't be dropped in a mailbox or on a porch. It's a default policy we adhere to, so you didn't need to ask for it when making your order.

We saved a lot of money on our dog's medication. The website was very user friendly and when I called about the order, the person I spoke with was very friendly and helpful. We are so happy to have found Pets Drug Mart!

Its a little slow
Its a little slow, im hoping thats because I ordered close to a holiday weekend. When I called to ask about my account the woman who answered was kinda rude. So we shall see where this goes.
