Your prices for the Caninsulin are considerably cheaper than I have been paying, even with the shipping costs. The medication is packaged well and still cold when it arrives. I have placed three orders so far and they have arrived promptly and in good condition.

I have been purchasing our insulin with Pets Drug Mart for some time now. They are prompt with their shipments and everything is properly packaged for cold chain shipment. They have been excellent to work with.

I am very satisfied with their customer service. I also purchased insulin. It was well packaged. It was still cold. The exact temperature when it arrived. I was a bit worried about it, but they did a great job. The prices are amazing. Customer service is beyond.

Great prices, good experience
The prices are so much better from here and once I figured out how to place an order for my meds, it was simple.
Not really all that impressed with it taking 2 weeks to get my meds though, but at least I can future plan for it to make sure I don't run out.

Delivery costs again
Products great but I’ve mentioned this politely before: the shipping costs are far too high. They respond very kindly to reviews, claiming they will look into the matter, but they haven’t done so—and likely never will. Their shipping fees are completely out of line with the rest of the market. They are the only ones who haven’t adapted in this regard, despite numerous comments on the subject. If anyone can point me toward another shop that sells products typically found at a veterinarian’s office, please, do share the link.

No regrets switching to Pets Drug Mart
I had read the reviews on Pets Drug Mart which convinced me that I was making the right choice. We live more rural and a big box store pharmacy would have meant a 3 hour drive in the winter to pick up the prescription, so having a delivery option for medication was the way to go. My prescribing vet was a bit more skeptical, but it was my choice, and now I have a good report to tell her at my next visit. No regrets at all.

My last order of Apoquel was not sent…
My last order of Apoquel was not sent out eventhough l sent another vet prescription to you. This caused us confusion and concern. Our account was charged, but we had to call to inquire what was happening. The customer service person sent the order out promptly after l called.
