Pets Reunited Reviews

Not really any help

Really easy to use and excellent eye catching poster which led to our cat being found. Old fashioned advertising at the local train station was the key along with lots and lots of walking the streets! Thank you.

Great website, really handy to push a missing pet out there for all to see!

Very helpful website, would absolutely recommend.

A brilliant website to share information and get support and sightings - it made us feel a lot more confident we would get him home.

Having the basic poster from Pets Reunited really helped. We put them up everywhere and people were taking notice and looking for her. We had a few taken down & one prank call but that was sort of to be expected. I opted not to have my own number shown which was ok but getting connected when people called the link number wasn't always easy & we only once got the follow-up text they promise. Overall, really glad we were able to get the word out far & wide thanks to Pets Reunited.

The leaflets and advert worked great. We got reports of where she'd been seen and were able to target our efforts. In the end the neighbours caught her on their CCTV and we were able to guide her home using that info (turns out she can't jump fences).

It was so easy to create a lost post for our cat Sooty and it was lovely to get a personalised welcome e-mail to confirm Sooty's case was live. It was so re-assuring to know there are people out there to help at a really upsetting time. This is a great website.

The lost ad was up for everyone to see. I also like the way they follow-up when you close the report. Hopefully more and more people will use it as a tool for find their lost pets.

I found my cat again!!!!
Love the service!!

I have used Pets Reunited a couple of times for found cats and have found them very helpful. It’s a place where people can easily find and look up lost and found pets. It notifies many establishments, which is what we used to do prior to finding Pets Reunited, so it makes the process much easier. I highly recommend them.

Scammers! Have taken two lots of £9.99 off of me in three days. The phone number listed here is not recognised. The email on the website, nobody gets back to you. The email on the invoice that you get sent after they steal your money bounces back.
Website won’t let me close my account and shows error message (which I emailed them).
Utter scammers preying on vulnerable upset and worried people that have lost beloved pets.
Now I have to go through the agro of reporting them to my bank and possibly changing my card.

Without Pets Reunited I honestly don't think my cat would've been found in time. She was missing for 12 days.

When my cat went missing I was so worried and was unsure of what to do. A Facebook group encouraged I post on this site and I felt much better knowing I’d taken all opportunities to find him again.

Thankfully he returned safe and sound.

Pets reunited were great at helping spread awareness that our dog was missing. After 5 weeks we got the call someone had found her and shes now home safe and well. Recommend them.

Pets Reunited gave me reassurance that Sky would return. How? For a very small amount of money I was able to get 50 missing posters. These were ordered and dispatched within 24 hours. The advice given was helpful! Great website.

A brilliant service and would really recommend as the more people looking the higher chance of finding a lost pet. This time we were lucky enough to find him hiding in our back garden but I would happily use the website again if I ever lost another pet. The free posters are such a great idea.

My cat went missing so I put an ad up. Since then I have had a load of scammers calling me on No Caller ID, pretending to be Pets Reunited, saying I owe an outstanding fee to close the advert and asking me to read out my long card number. They were fairly convincing, would not recommend posting your details on this website!

Very supportive and helpful.Good advice given.

Very useful to be able to print posters to leaflet drop and put up round area.
