My sitter Karen provided daily updates and photos, and although my cat was skittish, I knew he was being well cared for. Upon my return home, I booked my next reservation with Karen. Peace of mind while on vacation is priceless!

Great experience. I was nervous about leaving my cats for a week but it worked out beautifully. My sitter suggested a meet n greet a few days prior to my departure. It made me very comfortable. I was able to explain and show my sitter everything they needed. I received photos each day which helped ease my mind that they were ok. I would use the service again without hesitation!

Meowtel is a great way to care for your cats when you are gone
Meowtel has a good web system, to make appointments with a cat sitter in your area. They also have very good customer support, if you have an issue with the web site. They insure their cat sitters and do due diligence in hiring them. I have liked the two cat sitters I have used through them, very much. They also provided a form about my vet that I gave to both my vet and to Meowtel, in case the cats are sick while I am gone. This makes me feel safer, in leaving my cats in their care. The cat sitter sends you a message, easily accessed, every time they come to feed your cat, empty litter boxes etc. It is nice to see that they are indeed there twice a day, every day.

Great Service
Our cat sitter, Meredith was terrific. As well as daily updates and even pictures, we received peace of mind. Our vacation was worry free knowing our Gator was in such good and caring hands. Priceless!
Scheduling visits via the Meowtel site was easy to do.
We will definitely use this service again and would recommend to our friends.

Contract Discrepencies/Sitters Lament on Working with Them
I thought I would enjoy this experience sitting with Meowtel. I had a client contact me for a booking of many days with a start date between 24 hours of the booking. According to Meowtels cancellation contract "Cancelation within 24 hours of the start date": No refund will be issued for cancelations within 24 hours of the start date. The sitter will keep 100% of their planned earnings. We appreciate your respect for your sitter’s time" Well unfortunately for me, they did not honor this at all, as the client just decided to stop communicating with Meowtel after booking and putting their credit card on file. Apparently contracts mean nothing to this company.
They also take 30% of my fees, and I do a free "meet and greet" which I dont get paid for.
They offer no ACH banking and you are forced to get your money through Paypal. In the end, some of the clients I have worked with are very nice, but the organziation really screwed me in the end.

it's easy to look through
it's easy to look through, read reviews and find a catsitter - and I had amazing luck with the first one I tried, who's taken great care of our two cats over the past year. seeing my catsitter's schedule, messaging her, and booking/tipping on the platform are all really easy. also some of the things on there, like vet permission forms (in case something terrible happened) or the consistent images of visits (including documenting feedings and litter box conditions) are clearly meowtel policies which I appreciate

My previous cat sitter (who lived below me) left for college in August and I was at a loss as to how to care for my Jazzy while traveling. Luckily I found Meowtel and the best of the best, Natalie. I have now had Natalie care for Jazzy 3 times, Labor Day Weekend, 5 days in October, and just recently. Along with her expert and excellent care of a very shy kitty, she was willing to extend her visits while I was stuck in Dallas for 2 extra days due to flight cancelations. I whole heartedly recommend Meowtel and Natalie (if in the northern NJ area).

Trust worthy, affordable
Company provides Cat and Dog sitters for people who are planning trips. They do background checks, provide insurance and are very thorough in having documentation signed and ready for emergency trips to Vets, God forbid, that becomes necessary. Extensive reviews are available for all potential sitters. Daisy, the young woman we hired to sit with our three cats twice a day. She feed them, refreshed water and cleaned out litter box. Wife and i were thrilled with her attention to our cats and she sent photos and short videos, she was absolutely terrific, and we will use her services in the future!

The Meowtel cat sitter was great
The Meowtel cat sitter came about 2 weeks ahead of schedule to meet our cat, Puma. We are new to Windsor, CA and have had a lot of workers fixing up our house so our cat has been "traumatized" by the move and all the people. The sitter was very patient, and Puma finally came out of hiding and let her pet him. During our trip the sitter took pictures of Puma. The litter was very clean on arrival back home. I am so happy I found Meowtel as cat sitters are hard to find (in my opion!).

Consistently High-Quality, Reliable Pet-Sitters
We have had two different pet-sitters from Meowtel and both were amazing! They are reliable and very trustworthy, and when they visit they really do take the time to interact with each of our cats. The pictures and videos they send us are heartwarming, too. I love seeing my shy kitty warm up to them and actually PLAY!

Excellent cat sitting caregiver!
This is the first time I used Meowtel.
Our sitter, Lucinda was wonderful and surpassed my expectations. Both of my cats are very shy with people they don't know. Lucinda brought over some of her sweaters before we left so the cats recognized her scent.
Lucinda LOVES cats and this matters! She was so patient and loving with my kitties. Sent me daily photos and updates which meant a lot to me.
And when one of the cats threw up a hairball she kept an eye on their health to make sure it was nothing serious.
Highly recommend Meowtel and Lucinda.
