Sherrie did a great job with our two kitties! She sent us daily reports with lots of photos and videos. Our oldest cat requires medication every day and she was able to handle that with ease and he can also be a little cranky and he even warmed right up to her.

Meowtel is so convenient! It prevents me from having to board my cats in an unfamiliar place. They are still in their home, and they get a visit every day! My Meowtel sitters have been so caring and responsive. I love the photos I get when im away. It makes me feel comfortable to travel knowing my babies are being cared for.

Meowtel made it easy to find a cat sitter when I needed it. It's been good to know that there is a team available for support when it is needed. When my primary cat sitter had to tend to an emergency, the Meowtel team was able to step in to help make an alternate booking while I was traveling. Their background checks, meet and greet concept, and the fact that medical information is ready for the cat sitter in case of emergency shows that this service cares about cats.

Excellent service, easy and convenient. As a first time client I used trustpilot and many other reviews sites to see what others were saying before I booked—which is why I’m leaving this review here for others to see, and to give this awesome service a shot. We left for 8 days on a cruise and this was salvation. Our sitter Diane was so caring and went above and beyond for us—we’ll definitely be a repeat client. There are a lot more options for dogs, buts cats need special care. We did not want to it her on a cage for a week in a kennel where she’d barely get 15min with someone while they clean a litter or feed her. Having her stay home, keep her routines, and have the sitter come in was the best option and will continue to be. Highly recommend Meowtel!

Claire was wonderful; we have a very timid kitty and within a short time, our kitty came out of hiding and observed and accepted treats from Claire. I can trust Claire to go over and beyond the care and commitment to our home and pet. Claire is responsible, responsive, a careful listener, a trusted person; characteristics we find very valuable for someone coming into our home.

I always agonize over leaving my 3 kitties when I travel. 1 of them does not do well with strangers and had been hissing/growling at sitters and not really eating while I’m away. This time, another 1 of my cats was slowly recovering from acute pancreatitis, and I had to travel for business. I did a lot of research and decided to try Meowtel - I am so glad I did. I loved that I was able to read sitter profiles and client reviews. I took my time deciding on a sitter with vet tech experience who could help care for Molly (including administer meds) while she was recovering. We had our meet and greet, and I was immediately relieved - she was so sweet and loving with the animals, and clearly knowledgeable about Molly’s medical needs and medications. She gave me thorough updates with pictures and videos of each visit and I came home after 2 weeks to a clean home with very happy kitties (I think they miss her!).

Meowtel offered easy to book pet sitting services and a great pet sitter. The pet sitter I hired was professional, kept my home clean, and took great care of my animals. I got daily messages and pictures of her work. Meowtel also offers great service for the price point. I have hired other companies in the past that were more expensive and did subpar work including endangering some of my aquarium animals. Very happy with Meowtel and looking forward to hiring through them again!

The app is easy to use, convenient, and we were able to find a friendly, reliable cat sitter on the app for our needs. For these apps to work, it requires sufficient users, which was apparent as we had many sitters to choose from. We appreciated that cat sitters go through a background check, which gave us some peace of mind knowing that they will be entering our home while we're away.

I had to use Meowyel in an emergency and was blown away with the professionalism, great care, my 2 felines received. I was sent daily updates and photos. I came home to 2 very healthy and content felines. I would highly recommend Meowtel (Lizzie).

Perfect app! Very easy to check in on sitters and get info and pictures from them.

I set my appointment up a month ahead. Remained in contact with my pet sitter who then canceled 2 weeks prior. Found another sitter who came by and picked up the key ans met our Cat ,got the alarm code for our home.. We arrived in Europe to find multiple messages from our sitter who had a car accident. She was unable to take care of our cat. This has been a nightmare experience. A first time & a last time.

The app is very easy to use. I was able to find the perfect catsitter by using the search feature and reading the bios. Sana did an amazing job of caring for my kitty and she was able to communicate daily with me through the Meowtel app. I love the feature that allows you to pay according to time spent with your pet. I will definitely be using this app again! Thank you!

My sitter was great with communication. My shy guy came out and let her pet him which is a plus. Not all my Rover pet sitting experiences have been great so I love there is a new company.

Found the best cat sitter through this app! The app also allows texting and photos to and from the sitter. My call to Customer Service was promptly returned
and she quickly helped me resolve the problem I’d created when I’d updated the app. I frequently recommend this app and service to cat people!
