I love Pharmacy Online my Order arrived quickly all in order with minimal hassles.

I'm very happy with how quick we get items in the north west of Victoria. The items are as described.

There are no long hold times when you call and people really listen and help when you talk to them.

I placed my order on March 1, 2023, and It was supposed to be delivered to a friend in Germany. My order was not delivered, neither was refunded. I contacted them many times through email, and their communication was very poor- ignoring emails and do not responding until one sends a message through the messages option on their website. Until today, July 12, 2023, they have not refunded me.

I would definitely recommend this store.
I ordered an azelaic acid cream (it’s the only well-formulated azelaic acid cream on the entire skincare market as literally every other product with azelaic acid has ingredients that will aggravate fungal acne, which i have). The trouble is, they only sell this product in Australia and no other pharmacy wanted to deliver it internationally - I tried at least 4 or 5 before I stumbled upon this store. Seeing the reviews here, I was skeptical about purchasing it, but I did it anyway because I was so desperate to get a hold of the product as I had such amazing results with it previously. The order took just under 2 weeks to get here (UK) from the date of purchase. I also got regular shipping updates sent to my email so I knew it wasn’t lost in the post. It was also very straightforward to order - you do it through their website. Honestly, if you are on the fence about ordering from here - I would definitely give it a go (i almost missed out on an amazing product so I am glad I ordered) - and I will definitely be ordering again.

Do not use. They refuse to send items for absolutely no reason whatsoever yet they are happy to take your money. Be sensible and stay away

I don't get where all the negative comments are coming from, to be honest. I've had the best experience with this pharmacy. They were very prompt in shipping what I ordered and I got exactly what I bought. The box was carefully packed and I received it in record time. I got my order, from Australia to California (USA) in less than a week! Amazing service and I will definitely be ordering from this pharmacy again.

If I could give zero stars, I would. These people lie, ignore you when you don’t get the product. I had to resort to a PayPal complaint last time. Which was in November 2022. They sent me a tracking number that was never active. Then told me it was due to a theft in their delivery system. You are better off using Meds4Uonline. They are excellent

Purchased prescription medication using Pharmacy Onlines own delivery guidelines to determine the receiving destination. Of course the medication didn't arrive within the delivery window (as they were very slow filling the order) and I was subject to AUD$160 additional delivery costs. Pharmacy Onlines response; 'feel free to place another order'. Absolutely disgusting, don't use these charlatans. Businesses that don't respect their customers soon fail.

Pharmacy Online sent me the wrong product, not the one pictured in their listing. I phoned twice and emailed twice and they just refuse to even reply or do anything about the problem. It is now 5 weeks since I ordered and no resolution. Very disappointing customer service experience for my first time shopping here; I will not be back.

We will see. So far they only sent half of my order.
They use 'NoReply' email addresses which can slow things down.

Pretty standard experience it seems after reading the other reviews. Ordered 3 items and then heard nothing for a week. Followed it up with customer service only to be told 1 item was out of stock. No communication or anything, no sending the items they did have either, just happy to take your money and hope you will wait. I was told they were expecting the stock to arrive in about a week and would let me know when it was sent. I asked if they would upgrade the shipping to express because of the unexpected time frame ... "No, sorry we cant do that". I was prepared to do that as a compromise but they were not interested in making sure I got the items as soon as possible. I cancelled my whole order and the only positive thing was that the customer service was very quick to respond and I had received the refund about 15 minutes after asking for it.
Still I would never use them again, that was my first and last time.

Really poor customer service. Be very aware that the images of well known, branded products on their website are illustrative only and you may well not get what you think you paid for.

I ordered because I really need collagen. Didn’t receive a tracking number. It’s been over a week so I contacted them. One of my items is out of stock and they don’t even know when it will come back into stock. No contact of course. I will avoid buying from them in the future

I will never buy anything from this untrustworthy company again!!!!! Be careful guys

Great first experience a few weeks ago.
I had to find another chemist online after a certain chemist that thinks to be the greatest (and Australia's cheapest chemist, which is not true) refused to help when medication in their parcel did not arrive, just blaming it on AusPost.
My first experience with this chemist was so much better. A pity they don't have physical stores because I don't want to go to the other pharmacy again, but I can buy most items online apart from meds. I must ask them at some stage if there is a way to talk to one of their doctors and possibly get meds online too.

The got my money and never received my items for more than 3 months and they told be it’s not there problem and i need to contact my local post office!!
Don’t ever think to buy from them.
