I have sent in my phone , I was promised a price on the condition i selected which is true . ‘Working ‘ - the explanation of working - Every part of your device needs to be working as it did when it was new, (e.g. charging port still needs to work). It can have signs of use, but cannot have any chips, dents, or cracks. - which it is. They say it has scratches on screen which it does but so little u can barely see. No dents in body , camera and screen in perfect Nick. I’m appalled at this revised offer and I will go to trading standards if the phone isn’t sent back quickly or if they don’t fulfill their original offer…… I’m not a happy customer at all.

I was sceptical to use an online recycling service that I’d not heard of before but I had no reason to be as the company proved to be trustworthy and the process of recycling my phone was super easy, and payment was efficient! Only reason for not giving 5 stars is that the price was cut in half after the phone was tested (faulty Face ID), which was a little more than expected. Would use again and recommend overall.

Really simple and easy method of recycling old phone. Company sent the free returns package out incredibly quickly and the money came through within 3 working days! Would definitely use again and highly recomment

When I looked at different comparison sites Phones 2 Pounds was by far offering the best rate for my iPhone XR. The rate was that good I was expecting to be informed that further faults would be found with the phone and the original rate would not be honoured. How wrong I was, the great rate was paid on the same day they received my phone. It will be the first place I check on my next upgrade

Offered £84 for an iPhone X with a broken speaker. Their info package arrived 2 working days after ordering. Free collection by Royal Mail booked online. Payment received less than a week after first visiting their website.

Online valuation for my damaged I Phone was easy to complete and an immediate price offered, best price i could find and simple to print the FREE post labels.
Posted on the Friday and and received confirmation of receipt Monday lunchtime, Monday 4pm further email to confirm the price they offered and that they had sent the money to my Bank, wow couldn't believe it, will use again, great service.

Would have been 5 stars but… suggest you have another option and price level. My phone had a teeny crack in the screen corner so I had to mark it as poor condition and price dropped massively.

I had a Huawei p30 pro in good condition. I was abit cautious at first due to some of the reviews however thought I'd try it out. They quoted me a good price online and when I sent it they also acknowledged it via email. Within a few days of the email the money was on the account. Can't really fault them.

I had 256GB iPhone 11 Pro - it was tested elsewhere as having only 78% battery life left and there was a tiny pixel in the LCD that had gone but didn’t affect usage. Otherwise perfect condition but was told both battery and screen would have to be replaced at considerable cost. Classified as “broken” but still got a really fair and decent price. So happy to have found phones2pounds. The experience was quick and super efficient - even with Royal Mail doing their strike mess. Payment was prompt and in my account next day. Nothing to fault - super glad I found this company! Look forward to the next time.
