Highly recommend staying away from this company. Have been trying to chase my payment and they don't respond to emails. They're website and emails tell you to give their team a call even though when you call through to them an automated message tells you that they don't even take calls!!

Beat all quotes from other companies by far. Quick, hassle free service would definitely recommend.

Be prepared to get shafted. I had a £237 offer for a mint condition iphone11. I sent it off, and they came back with a revised offer of £130, citing reduced battery health! A reduction of £107!
I would not ever use this company again.

Retired an iPhone Xmax, good price as it was damaged. Initially they said they would half the offer price because faceid was not working. When I complained they checked again and it turns out it was working and they reverted to original offer. Credit to them they handled it quickly and efficiently

These people are scammers - do not send your ‘phone!!! My iPhone 8 was in PERFECT condition when I sent it. There are also 2 sites on Trustpilot -Phones2pounds.co.uk and Phones 2 Pounds.com. I received an email (when you try to ‘phone them it is always the same message…our support line is currently closed - they NEVER answer) saying that there are discrepancies on the ‘phone (excessive wear on the rim), reducing the price from £94 to £55. TOTAL LIES! I hope this helps somebody from making the same mistake as I did! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

Did a search online for the best deal on trading in my phone and came across Phones 2 Pounds who gave me a very generous quote. Although a little skeptical I asked for the packaging to be send to me and this arrived promptly. Again, a little skeptical sending off my phone but felt reassured once I had received my proof of purchase. I was emailled at every stage to say it was received, that they were checking the status of my phone and also that they were ready to pay me. This proved to be a very reliable and efficient company and I would willingly recommend them.
