Waited 3 weeks for my product to arrive just to get an e-mail that my purchase was canceled because they don’t have it.

I placed my order on the 8th of this month. It’s currently the 22nd and my order is still processing and hasn’t even been shipped yet.

My credit card information was stolen and was used on this website.

This company was very helpful with correcting my order. They did not have all of the items I requested but made extra efforts to get them for me rather than cancelling that part of my reorder. Their products are excellent quality, they work very well and are extremely useful and easy to carry too. They even make great zipper pulls! I love them!

All items were received as promised and performed as advertised. One supply problem was resolved in my favor without any effort on my part. Can't do better than that.

I have had a PhotonLight clipped to my 5.11 vest for a couple of decades, now. I also Keep one clipped to my nightstand, for when I just need a little light, in contrast to the lumeric blast from a conventional flashlight.
Likewise, I use the one on my vest in the Jeep, and to check the inside of my mailbox at night.
And then there was the time I was in the Men's room, and somebody turned off the lights on his way out...
SO many uses!
You make a wonderful, useful product, and I'm never without one close to hand!

Great light. I have five of them. They are with various kits, in my hat, etc. the best feature is the variable intensity. I Can duct tape one to the bill of my cap very easily for use at night.

The service was great. The prices were good and the shipping was not cheap. I'm aware that there's nothing you can do about it, it still stung!
