Purchased an electric treatment couch from this shop, from start to finish the sale was well communicated and was a very quick delivery. The delivery itself was excellent as they carried it through too my tattoo room. This couch has been the best couch I have tattooed my clients on and have had positive feedback from every single one of my clients I have tattooed on it since its arrival.

My review was actually removed? I verified myself and yet it was removed. I guarantee any of the other negative reviews were removed too. The couch I ordered was broken, replaced, and replacement then broke again. I had someone who came out and couldn’t fix the issue. I had countless back and forths with this company, who were refusing to replace it even when under warranty. I was then promised days that they would turn up and replace the couch, and they never materialised. Eventually I got a response but it was after years of my life had been wasted over this. I would have been happy changing this review if someone had helped me, but to then have it removed by trust pilot is poor form. Trust pilot are meant to be a good company - but this is shocking!

This was from an issue in late 2023/ early 2024 - not April 2025 for clarification.

Fantastic customer service from Dan, from order to delivery in less than 48 hours and kept informed throughout. They adjusted the delivery schedule to work around our clinic needs. Very professional and helpful, would highly recommend.

I bought my all electric, 3 section, massage treatment couch from PhysioWorld & received great customer service, a quick delivery & they even set it up in my clinic for me. My treatment couch is still going strong - I love the table & so do my clients. My only regret is I should have bought it sooner, as I really don't know how I managed without an electric table for so long!

I ordered two of the hydraulic addax beds in the BF sale, the communication was brilliant from the start, they emailed to double check what days and times we could be there for the arrival of the beds, and also to ask if the studio was easy to access.

The delivery of the beds was much quicker than anticipated, and they were able to accommodate a specific date of delivery. Upon arrival, the men who delivered the beds were lovely, and the beds were already prebuilt, therefore the installation was extremely quick and they left no excess packaging.

Unfortunately we had an issue with one of the beds which was highly usual, however this was solved with a replacement bed within 24 hours of calling them.

I’m genuinely so impressed with the customer service of this company, special thanks to Paul who organised the delivery and redelivery.

We were contemplating where to get our treatment beds from for weeks, but I’m genuinely so pleased we went with this company.

Absolutely fantastic customer service/delivery and goods. I was over the moon when I saw the massage couch, it was incredibly sturdy and heavy, I didn't expect anything of such quality considering i'd chosen a cheaper version of electric massage bed. Thanks so much adele

A few years later one of the feet of my couch had been damaged and removed, messaged the company about it who were able to track down my details pretty fast and send out a replacement for free!

Purchased an electric physio bed 3.5yrs ago, twice this company have gone above and beyond and replaced damaged upholstery (general wear and tear) for me at no extra cost. Incredible service, as always. The treatment beds are always delivered at the time and date stated. We have 9 black hydraulic 2-3 section couches and they are all excellent. They are very sturdy and never break. The team are always super helpful and call and text when they are nearby with the delivery. The delivery team are all very trustworthy and reliable and make sure the beds are delivered even if there are barriers to building access. They will always find a way to get the treatment beds into the rooms. I appreciate you PhysioWorld Shop! Thanks once again for our new bed :)

I bought an Addax treatment couch, absolutely delighted with it! Excellent quality, delivered and installed by professionals. I contacted customer services by email to ask a question and they responded in less than an hour. Would highly recommend!

Excellent quality couches & customer service is brilliant can't do enough for you. They even set it up getting it through the tiniest of doors to my clinic. I couldn't manage with one set of pedals due to injury the owner came out and fitted them for me. There was an issue with delivery to wrong address but physioworlld very quickly resolved the problem

I originally purchased an electric couch in 2016 for my clinic. Could not recommend enough. Everything was smooth from ordering to delivery and assembling, once inside.

I recontacted this year due to a damage to my couch through wear and tear and Physioworld were so thorough in helping replace it for me asap.
