Fantastic couch, I am a Physiotherapist and it's the nicest coach I have ever worked on with clients. I would definitely recommend and purchase again.

If you want a good plinth at a great price and a first class delivery then this is the company to deal with.

Absolutely amazing service! They were kind enough to hold my delivery until I had access to the new premises, and then arranged the couch delivery on a very short notice so I didn't have to look for temporary solutions.

The couch itself is great too: very sturdy, easy to move thanks to the wheels, well worth the money!

Great customer service from order confirmation to delivery of my new treatment couch. Delivery went really smoothly even though the couch had to come up 2 flights of stairs. I can't recommend physioworldshop enough.

Great plinth. Well designed and packaging was excellent. I chose an accelerated delivery and the plinth arrived the day I was informed . Bishopsgate ( the delivery company) were really helpful and friendly and took the plinth up a very difficult staircase to the treatment room.

I received my electric couch much sooner than expected, which was great, as I had a client book much sooner than expected! The delivery guys were super helpful and customer service was as responsive as you’d hope. I’d definitely buy from Physio World Shop again. As I started earlier than expected, donating first 10 client fees to Turkey Relief Fund. Thank you!

If you need any advice on tables drop them a message, they are super friendly and helpful!
Delivery was a whole lot sooner than I expected (literally within less than a week of my dispatch notice) and the guys that delivered the table carried up to my treatment room, unpacked it and took all the rubbish away and again were super helpful and friendly :)

Extremely happy with the service and delivery. The bed works well and is the perfect fit for my clinic room. The admin team responded quickly to any questions and updated me regularly and the delivery men where happy to put the bed where I needed and were speedy! The free stool was an added bonus and appreciated as a paying customer. I would definitely recommend buying from PhysioWorld shop.

I bought the addax bed. You get what you pay for and for tattooing I wanted a sturdy bed that felt comfortable for everyone and that could hold weight. Ordering was easy and the customer service was fantastic, I needed the bed in time for the studio opening and physio world was able to accomodate that and went out of their way to do so. Delivery was fab, right on time and the delivery guys were really careful and friendly. Highly recommend.

I needed to buy a part for my massage couch but had no idea what part I needed! Paul was so helpful with advice and photos to ensure I had everything first time (helped save postage too). Emails were answered promptly and delivery was next day. Will 100% be back again as great company. Thanks Amy x

What a super fantastic service. Paul is super lovely and very helpful. Delivery was made by his own son who was super professional and installed the couch along with removal of my old one, he was very informative on how the couch worked ensuring I was completely happy before he left. The couch is an excellent replacement for my last one, it does everything it should and my clients are super comfortable on it. I highly recommend PhysioWorld. I ordered from physioworldshop before 2pm for next day delivery as it clearly states on the website and got an email to confirm. Then wasted a day waiting for a delivery that never came. I checked the tracking number that they provided me with for DPD but it was not even listed. For a company that deals in medical matters it seems that they don't care about their customers/patients. Quick enough to take your money though
