Relief at last!
Excellent service ,arrived earlier than expected. The product performed way beyond my expectations both in the fact that worked almost immediately and was/is very effective in relieving the knee pain which was severe both day and night.

I opted for next-day delivery, but unfortunately, the products never showed up, not even the following day. Fortunately, they provided a refund, and the blame ultimately falls on Evri.

The service was excellent but the…
The service was excellent but the kinesiology tape is the worst I have ever had. I have been using tape for years from other suppliers and the tape physique management tape lacks the stickiness of other tapes and is useless. It certainly does not last for five days. I’m lucky if it lasts for one or two days.

Paid for next-day delivery, but the items did not arrive at all, let alone on the next day. They did issue a refund, and ultimately, the fault lies with Evri.

Very poor delivery and packaging
Unfortunately a very poor delivery company was used and my order was left in a unauthorised place - on a public footpath 200m from my property - this resulted in it being stolen. Physique corresponded really well with the delivery company, and a replacement order was sent out very quickly, however quite disappointed with the packaging- the bolster that I ordered was bent in half to fit in the box, which was also split open at the top.
