Good product,delivery high cost
Used a couple of times and the products are very good. But a £4 band with a £6.99 delivery charge is a lot, especially when postage is free a lot now a days.
I know it is good, but maybe lose the catalogue with every order might be a start.

The parcel arrived without any of the goods just a catalogue. However the company replaced via dpd straightaway. I would buy again if I knew they didn’t use evri.

I ordered a Clinnova Therapy couch which arrived with a slightly scuffed leg.

Ordered and received slightly earlier…
Ordered and received slightly earlier which was great. The heel lifts are good quality. I need these as was left with a shorter leg after breaking my femur. NHS only provide a couple so having these to put in each shoe is so much better.

Having the product I needed.
However you lost a star for waste or packaging and delivering a really heavy promotional catalogue. A real waste of material, it went straight to recycling. I can find things I need online.
Suggest you ask if customers want to receive a catalogue when they order.
