Prompt delivery and hopefully the heel…
Prompt delivery and hopefully the heel lifts will help with my leg length discrepancy after a hip replacement. I have tried in one pair of shoes and it did feel better.

Had trouble with payment.
Had trouble with paying order as when I had to go to bank website, order started again. I eventually managed after I created a login. I had wanted the ordinary delivery but somehow after the back and froing it had changed to overnight delivery and cost extra. Unfortunately my friend was away for days of delivery but Evri driver was able to leave in safe place on 3rd delivery. Saying that, the product is great and at a competetive price.

Made my first purchase. Item arrived damaged by the couriers and some contents missing. Staff were super helpful and sent the missing items out straight away.

Physique are the only company we will purchase first aid and pitch side kit from.The products are excellent, the service is great.They might be a tad more expensive than the others but the quality far outweighs the little extra cost

Exceptional customer service
The process and delivery of the order was very fast. However, unfortunately there was a mistake and I received the wrong product. I sent an email to the team which was picked up, answered, and an action taken by immediately sending me the correct item. I sent back the wrong product and the postage costs have been refunded without me asking for it. This is exceptional customer service.

Complicated to fit. For someone with arthritis the fit for my wrist is difficult as there is some misalignment due to the arthritis
