La vera eccellenza
Nel corso degli anni ho acquistato qualche beanie in cashmere di Piacenza, eleganti e quiet luxury allo stato puro. Di recente ho comprato una t-shirt e, oltre alla qualità ben nota dell'articolo, sono rimasto piacevolmente colpito dall'assoluta professionalità del customer service (grazie Valentina!) nel gestire una mia richiesta extra. In un'epoca in cui si valorizza solo il profitto, fa piacere notare che ancora resistono realtà di questo tipo. Chapeau!
