Excellent service and bike in fantastic location. First time in Mallorca and it did not disappoint. Collected bike and the in-store bike mechanic adjusted the seat height on two occasions as I tested it out in the street. Had full confidence in the bike and it delivered. Highly recommended and big thanks to Brian for such a great service. Will be back.

Phil and his team really looked after us. The Dogma ran faultlessly. Needed the excellent disc brakes for some of the descents. Bike was immaculately prepared. I have no hesitation recommending them.

Nothing was a problem - changed from a 53 to a 51.5 frame, had all the right advice, saddle height adjusted to spec, handlebars adjusted.
Very knowledgable and kind. Everyone coming into the place were given a Pinarello Experience Mallorca gift bag. From booking to pickup to changes to returns - cannot fault the team. The bikes are so well maintained and despite the weather (high winds) the riding is Epic!
Went to the bike lounge shop - superb stuff, bought some Pinarello gloves (hard to get). Jackie is so helpful.
Definitely worth a visit, bucket list trip for bike lovers!

Sadly disappointed, after several years of experiencing good service and trouble free bike hiring. This time hired for 7 days, Di2 Pinarello. Ordered bike and paid fee in January 2026 online. Provided all relevant dimensions ( as they requested) so bike size and saddle height could be set up in advance, to include a Garmin mount out front. arrived late Saturday so lost first day hire. Met with a response like « Oh you are late »; « We haven’t anything left except this bike !». Bike not set up in advance, no Garmin mount. Then I had a problem with a very loud creak, annoying my fellow riders besides myself. Test ride late Saturday pm revealed this issue. Took bike back. Mechanic said disc brake rubbing. Made some adjustments. Seemed OK but next day after bike used for 10 mins problem occurred again. At end 2nd day bike back in. Mechanic then identified the creaking sound (only when pedalling) due to dirt inside the saddle bracket. Took out and regreassed etc. Gave bike back with the comment «  I hope I not see you again ». No apology for the major hassle I suffer bringing bike back after removing all of my gear each time, or waiting around in the shop missing some cycling time outdoors. This company in my opinion no longer able to provide a good customer experience, taking customers for granted, unwilling to admit a bike has faults and most importantly did not pre-prepare my bike in advance and have it ready and waiting for me to collect. The management and organisation of the bike hiring process appears to me to be a complete and utter shambles.

I've used Pinarello Experience five times over the past few years, usually organising our group bookings in Mallorca. Whether it's been a couple of days or over a week, the bikes have always been top quality and perfectly maintained. I've never had a single issue.

The staff are friendly and helpful, making the whole experience smooth and enjoyable every time.

I'll definitely be using them again later this year and would happily recommend them to anyone.
