Flip Out Brent Cross

Public Complaint: Flip Out – Poor Service & No Accountability

I had a terrible experience at Flip Out Brent Cross during a recent children’s party.
• The party host instructed parents to leave jackets in a basket, and Flip Out staff moved them to the party room. One jacket went missing, yet they refuse to take responsibility.
• The party package included sugar-free Polar Krush, but none was served—I have photo evidence and 15 parents who can confirm this.
• Customer service was dismissive, offering only a £25 refund, which doesn’t cover the lost jacket or address the misrepresentation.

Flip Out needs to take responsibility instead of ignoring customers. Parents, be cautious before booking!

Doesn't actually care about you

I was looking for help with an issue I had with Target, when i stumbled upon this site. I did some looking around, and pretty much every review has multiple people (seems like the same 5-7 screen names) completely berating and belittling people about their reviews - and I mean really nasty comments. The fact that they allow these comments gives them very little credibility IMO and steered me clear of them completely. This is supposed to be a service that helps customers when they feel they have nowhere else to turn to, yet they let other people add more insult to injury. It's really disheartening. Consumers truly don't have a single ally out there - even the ones who claim that's their sole purpose.

I'm really tired of gettiripped off againng this offer…

I'm really tired of getting this offer of picking 4 or 6 items for free then playing for energy needing 100 energy per item to win. Every time I wind up just giving up because like right now, I need 0.1 ti get all 6 items. It tells me to invite a friend , or new user and I do, and it says successful and then tells me to invite a friend. I have invited 50,+ friends and still got nothing. I'm tired of being ripped off. Think I'll go elsewhere. Thanks for nothing.

Worst Service Ever

The worst service ever. I've asked for some updates about the details/info of our website and the customer service operator was unable to help me. It should be a platform that helps the pissed customers, but I am reading about a lot of pissed customers about the service offered by this platform. Pathetic.

Trust Pilot has taken down my complaint review that was fair

Why did pissed customer remove my review on grounded footwear. You sent me a email I asked you not to remove it because the footwear is lousy with no support at all and very cheap. It is a total ripoff from the ordering site to demanding my order.

Did they pay trust pilot to take it down because grounded foot wear knows the shoes are no good. And there had to be multiple bad reviews somewhere.

Take me to court trust pilot and grounded footwear so I can show the judge and jury these awful shoes that ruin the feet, the back, nothing for plantar as was advertised, not for neuropathy. Stop 🛑 ripping off people, I already have many foot problems. First I’m rippped off by grounded footwear, then I’m ripped off by trust pilot who has taken down my review. Please, too much‼️

Trust pilot go buy a pair for your grandma and see how you like the. I bought two pair at once, RIPED OFF N

I have used the Duolingo programme for…

I have used the Duolingo programme for a period of around 240 days.
I opened the app as usual and could not find any way of avoiding signing up to the Super Duolingo programme.
Normally a free period of time has been available with the option of a No Thank you towards the end of the stated period.
I cancelled the subscription at the earliest opportunity certainly within a few days.
I now find that I have been charged £59.99 for something I had no control over and for a service I have not been able to take advantage of.
I feel particularly aggrieved at this turn of events and if there is no redress to this situation I shall have to cease taking lessons under this scheme.
I do hope that a solution may be found.

Couldn’t purchase items from AR15Discounts.com

I had an issue with AR15Discounts.com blocking me from using their site to make purchases. I reached out to customer service on multiple occasions for about a week trying to understand why I couldn’t use the site, all to no avail. I was continually ignored until pissed consumer reached out & the company contacted me almost immediately after I left my review with them. Turns out I owed a balance from a chargeback of items I allegedly purchased over a year ago. I had no idea about the chargeback bc I was never informed, & bc it happened so long ago, I couldn’t remember if I’d purchased the items or not, so I paid off the balance & was able to continue using the site. I don’t think this would have happened if pissed consumer hadn’t intervened. I am very grateful for their help & expertise. Would definitely use them again! Thank you pissed consumer!!!

I was helped big time

They helped me get back most of the money I got scammed and overcharged for at a dentist thru Care Credit I was getting no response until I came on this site and then it was resolved a few days later thanks for the help

My kid keeps saying I'm retarded and won't help me with the hacks that are going on my phone on my Google account it's too late safety link through Google through Walmart because one time I bought a phone from Walmart came home and my sons and his wife and were already attached in my phone and locked in because they have control over my Google platform through safely mobile and simple link through Walmart they had me on Verizon account for 15 to 16 years and my wife knew it they use my tax ID through this platform Apache 2.0 he says I need to get help same thing she tried to tell me no I need to get the truth the truth is Verizon from somebody out of Idaho lanyard Hilliard. Also sent her mobile said I was hacked somebody named Leah started account for phone number 417-312-0238 in my name imagine it's a friend of my daughters to GitHub in Microsoft but of course nobody want to help me cuz they all know what it is. Hey my chime account that made me lose my job at doordash I can't get hurt on it Sparks or Walmart Walmart and Google work together to hack you but the Apache 2.0 is January by Google to Walmart it allows interaction from common people on a platform that's meant for business 20 years now and that's pretty funny because I've been acting long can't say it's hacked being controlled like a parenting control system true Lenox answer your phone on YouTube I recently hacked my new phone system they had me on peacock for years without me knowing that she gets it all they've been taking my tax ID too my bank account when I catch up they start messing with my driving job so I don't make the money to make my bills or if I do make my bills I can't do anything else nobody helps me or does anything as soon Enterprise account which is an experimental site for beta for gaming it's a joke how people can start accounts for you without your proper say so but when you go to get in your account for anything they've got to ask the world of you to get your s*** back I don't think it's forever or they wouldn't have been able to do this to me it's the platform was supervised and not just said to go use it don't use it in a bad way don't harm anybody's mind well they are and they let them no supervision means hands will play five devices try to load my phone two days ago my son's name is Leslie Ray Jackson.his wife Rebecca Jackson my sister Karla Jackson Jacob at JB Hunt it's a coincidence she's been there 20 years my daughter she's an account to get up the platform though overshell on me through Microsoft and Apple I did find out if you have a nine Google email this platform won't harm you why did you put me on tiktok for so many years that I didn't know about it and Apache says they're not supposed to use it in a damaging way harmful way or to harm anybody's work or their lifestyle well they are and they can't find anybody help you with this bull crap they all need to be prosecuted we're not supervising app or at Apache codex 2.0 I'll take any help or advice from this.com or trustpotter.com thank you before I lose my job

Used Pissed Consumer twice. Got Results Twice

I have used Pissed Consumer twice, when all else failed. They were professional when I typed my complaint, took whatever action they take & got RESULTS. The first problem they helped me with was an issue with TEMU, who had charged me for an item, raised the price & just didn't send it. The second situation involved my cell phone carrier Lively-Great Call, with whom I had constant problems with service and the new phone they sold me . I could Never contact Customer Service, leaving numerous message to call, which they never did, as well a series of emails, which they ignored. I don't know how Pissed Consumer did it, but both companies responded and fixed the problems . If possible, I would give Pissed Consumer TWENTY STARS. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Fraudulent phone numbers listed

I looked up a company to get a customer service number to call and the number they provided, (844) 256-6299, was a fraudulent phishing scam for a fake $100 gift card. Not the company I was looking for. But yet, that phone number is listed as the top number with the highest interaction rates & best way to contact the company. Beware of this website as the information on there is bad.
