Very poor service quality

Hi
I recently purchased a rug from home looks.
I advise anyone not to buy off this site.
I ordered a rug the quality was very poor .
Sending emails back and forth I returned rug to be charged £15 for then to pick it up .
3 weeks I have been waiting for my refund .

Well I reported this website to the FBI I was scam of money so I hope they will get caught don't go to this website do not call the numbers if this is a scam they have several numbers and one is in California one number is in India these people scam me I'm going to continue researching with the FBI this is terrible low-life scumbag people

Today I faced a problem and I was not able to travel because they prevented me because I do not have a visa to Colombia even though I have a Costa Rican residency. That is why I stayed in Lebanon sadly trying to find a ticket because I have to return to my children in Costa Rica. If you please, I would like to at least get the money back that I paid to leave.

Impersonator. Beware.

If you’re having an issue with a company, make sure you get in contact with the actual company and not with pissedconsumer. Giving them sensitive information like your payment info is not recommended.
I got a hold of FIXD and set up for my refund.
Pissedconsumer emails me two days after wanting to know the details of my issue and assist me in getting it resolved.
Pure scam.

Unhappy EX Amazon user

Like many people in this country I belonged to a famous home order/delivery firm called AMAZON. Having used them for a number of years and quite often paying postage I decided as encouraged by AMAZON to join there Prime Club for a free months trial. WELL things were going along fine but after about 2 weeks I decided to leave Prime"That's when things started to go wrong " Firstly everything has to be done on line as far as I could see there was no provision to SPEAK TO AN ADVISER. It was really easy to join but a right trial to leave. Eventually I filled in ALL the relevant forms on line and signed off. I didn't hear anything but assumed I would in due course.
On Wednesday 6th March at 12.20 I received a message on my Answer Phone telling me that my account had been debiited £95.90 and to press 1 IF I HAD NOT made a request to renew Amazon Prime or 2 for a refund ( this was obviously a SPAM MESSAGE) I thought about it for a while and decided to check if my Amazon Prime account to see if it had been cancelled. GUESS WHAT IT HADN'T. So I went through the same proceedure again to cancel my Prime Account. This time I received an e-mail confirming it was cancelled I felt so cross that I went and cancelled my Amazon account so I have NO MORE DEALINGS WITH AMAZON. I feel that the Amazon site is either not very secure OR they have an employee who leaks information. To conclude I still have the said probable spam recording ON MY ANSWER PHONE and all e-mails cancelling my PRIME and ACCOUNT WITH THEM

I bought furniture at Leon's during a…

I bought furniture at Leon's during a sale, it was 9 days less than 4 months since it was purchased, when i got the armchair. I have called both the store and head office, no one returned any of my messages.
After 6 weeks of sitting on the couch I had a huge dip where I sat, I can feel the wood box for the armrests on my side of the couch, and I'm a bit over my optimal weight.
No one will return my calls and the delivery people are supposed to take out the cardboard. The hid it out of site. Who does that? Go to the Brick, thats where I plan on making all my furniture purchases.

HSBC !! Stay well away

HSBC !!! Iv been sending money monthly to Spain ( my Acc) to cover expected bills. All of a sudden my back are not allowing me to continue to do this and in fact from 8th March have tried with two attempts to deposit money to my Spanish bank account. Unsuccessfully as I get at text asking me to contact them . After a bit of confusion they were suspicious that a name was used as a ref on my intended deposit . After I explained that it must be an error then they said it will be sorted and in my bank the next day ..? That was three days ago .. now I get this letter with a different reason as to why there not allowing it ? And what seems to be an abrupt end to any further help from the complaints team lol . Well thankyou very much HSBC for leaving me in a right mess now I cannot safely send my money to Spain to pay my bills on time !!!

I was very impressed with PIssedconsumer....I went on their site not expecting them to go to town for me and be my dad when complaining about Grasshopper Mowers. Grasshopper got back with us and in a very condensending rude way. Pissedconsumer posted every single word I had to say about Grasshopper, They showed how bad Grasshopoer responds and speaks to their customers
They seemed to be on my side but not blatantly...They are not your dad to hand your problems to, however they referee better than any consumer complaint site we have been on and have bot deleted a word of the entire argument with Grasshopper Mowers...
We will use again for sure

Very Suspicious Site, Read the Reviews! The 5 star ones

Very suspicious site, consumer beware!!!! I was trying to contact a company to complain about a product, and searching for their support contact info, resulted in pissedconsumer popping up. First mistake was not coming here to read the reviews first. It asks for all kinds of personal info, including phone numbers, etc, when the company claims they don't even offer phone services, so why are they phishing for information then?? Then they claim to have access to every company under the sun, even though they're not a legal firm and can't take any more action than anyone else can to begin with. I started to wonder what's really going on here, that a site makes impossible claims while asking for all my personal information, after making you login using Facebook or Google!! and came here to read the reviews! And all the experiences documented are exactly what I suspected... they collect information, with the permission to send it to third party companies, and do nothing in regards to rectifying situations. Go read all the reviews if you wonder for yourself if this is a scam site, exploiting people who are already riled up(hoping you'll just try to get your complaint in as fast as possible), just like the hackers that glom onto social media posts made by people who were already hacked or scammed, as they take these people for easy marks who've already fallen for the bait. Multiple people have reported receiving multiple suspicious or prank calls from the company yet pissedconsumer replies to their honest accounts by denying it! Like yup, all these people just imagined these experiences right?!? Give us a dam break pissedconsumer, own up to what's really going on here. They deny requiring you to log in to use the page, and all through their trust pilot reviews, they repeatedly claim peoples reviews "are erroneous and defamatory", and of the 10 "5 star reviews" on here, 4 of them are for other companies, 3 of them are scam banking ads, and the other 3 are ads for pissedconsumer, they don't actually describe having any interaction with pissedconsumer whatsoever. If you see these, flag them so we can get them removed!🚩 Literally, don't trust these guys, go read even the first few pages of reviews, nobody's had a positive experience with pissedconsumer, and their replies to the reviews are even more telling👍
EDITED TO ADD; They've actually been sued by small businesses for extortion, and are Russian affiliated, represented by Marc Rendazza. The information is freely available online! This is officially a dirty scam site, DO NOT EVER USE OR TRUST THEM!🚩🚩🚩
Second edit: I'd also say don't go by the newest "5-star" review either. Pissedconsumer literally has a score of 1.75 on sitejabber also, I just really don't think 100's of people had "imaginary" wretched experiences with this company.. sorry. I'm thinking this guy is affiliated or something.

Ripoff…

They try to trick you by saying they’re part of Amazon. They are not! I acted too quickly and ended up paying money for not getting any help the subscription renews automatically and I’m trying to figure out how to stop it. I used PayPal.

My guess is that, PissedCustomer will not allow this to be posted!!
My father was The Head Of The Supreme Court of a Nation, and I don't need your company to Prompt me on honesty in giving a review. You Severely lack honesty and Credibility, as your 1.7 from 5 Stars rating speaks for itself!! You're actually far worse than the companies you Pretend to improve. Every single attempt by me to get something done by dealing with you has led to failure. Infact on my own I was able to resolve a number of issues with TEMU. And they actually answer their Phones! I tried to call your Horrible company 7 times, and someone is hanging up the phone, in order to evade facing the Truth!! And you call yourself a "Consumer Advocate" what a bad Joke you are. My wife's first response to the Name of your company was, "That's the lowest-class name that I've ever heard of" and I can't agree anymore. Unlike you, I'm not a fraud!! I'm a Professional Science and Outdoor Writer, Plus a legitimate field tester of Outdoor-Sports Products, and won't rest until I prove you as Fake and dishonest in my articles and very hopefully, in a court of law!! I'm not sure who's worse You, or the Indian textile business owners who have their sewing people literally Sleep under their Sewing Machines (The "VICE" investigative reporter et al), and these Soulless Billionaires live in "High-Rises" with the first floor usually used for Collections of expensive Italian Sports Cars such as Lamborghini, Maserati, Ferrari etc. and the top floor usually has a Heated Swimming Pool. I forgot to say that these poor Indian employees have streams of Feces and Urine flowing by, as they Sleep (in any weather conditions) Under their Sewing Machines. God must've really forgotten us. The aforementioned employees, of course, have No Health insurance!! My brother a Multi Billionaire in Europe, made his money while his employees had new cars, full medical and dental insurance, and happily lived in good homes and ate well, unlike the Indian workers, they were Not exposed to the elements, next to a Stream of excrements!! People can still become wealthy the honest way.

Just started posting on this website and I've gotten a couple ignorant people that commented on my reviews simply just to be ignorant/annoying. I didn't know anyone could comment on a review. I don't like that.
Plus I've reached out to pissed consumer and they ignored me each time.
They also claim they want to "help" me if I have an issue with a company but they're not really helping besides forwarding my review or message to company and the company can just ignore it.

I removed the punctuation and got the same garbage.

SCAMMERS!!!!!!

I did a google search for a company's number that I had received from pissedconsumer so I could cancel an order i placed which was Prep Sportswear. They asked me for all verification on address, name, credit card number etc. and then they asked me for my bank info???? This is where is was like- umm why do you need my bank info?? So, I went to the actual Prep sportswear site and I was text chatting online with their customer support and they said that they do not have a telephone! So, pissedconsumer not only led me to get scammed- but now... i had to cancel my credit card information and now they have all my personal information. Lesson learned- always go to the website for information needed- not through google.
