I booked an appointment with these team IN PERSON. A week prior on behalf of a family member. A week later when we visited for a 9am slot, that we had a text conformation for. They claimed we had no appointment slot and The staff were ridiculously rude and used “I don’t know” as a response to everything. Upon checking their diary I noticed my name had £85 next to it whilst everyone else had £45 for the same thing. I asked them why and theyv again responded with I don’t know.

They were extremely rude and I’m extremely unhappy and dissapointed with the service.
I later called back to ask why this situation with my family member was dealt with so rudely and they didn’t have an adequate answer and said they don’t know who it was and why.

After I left this review, the owner replied with ignorance and instead of apologising for the way my family was treated he claimed they were treated “just” right.

At the end of the day, I simply expected basic courtesy, professionalism and a reasonable explanation. Saying “I don’t know” as a response is inadequate.

Booked an appointment in person a week in advance and was given a confirmed 9am appointment WITH TEXT EVIDENCE We turned up expecting the appointment to go ahead, only to be told there was apparently no appointment and we are a day late.
Your staff had wrote the wrong date in the diary. I didn’t cancel or rearrange my appointment

What made the situation worse was the attitude of the staff member. The interaction was rude, dismissive and unnecessarily aggressive, rather than someone simply trying to resolve the issue. “I don’t know” seemed to be the answer to every question I had

I also noticed £85 written next to my name, while other customers had £45 for the same service. Naturally, I asked why and once again, “I don’t know.” 😂 I later contacted the garage for an explanation but still didn't receive a clear answer.

As for the owner's Grand Canyon comparison as a response to my family member. I found that quite unnecessary. 😂 A 1-star review of the Grand Canyon doesn't really address the issue being raised here. The point isn't that every customer must be satisfied and respected — it's about how the situation was handled.

The owner also mentioned that the staff member has been there for 7 years without a complaint, but seven years without a complaint doesn't mean a customer can't have a genuinely poor experience today. My review is based on my actual interaction, not the previous seven years.

At the end of the day, I simply expected basic courtesy, professionalism and a reasonable explanation especially since I travelled in quite far for the morning slot. Quite honestly, I also left the interaction feeling that I was treated differently and instead of an apology the owner has futher bashed with “your family member was treated just right”🤣

Excellent customer service.
Arranged appointment to collect new car, upon arrival we was warmly greeted. Once in the office everything was clearly explained, we were given the keys to inspect vehicle before any paperwork was started, on completion they even sorted tax out. Excellent experience from start to finish. Definitely recommend

Excellent service, rang and booked my car for aircon condenser replacement, gave me a good price, took in at 9am they said it will take 4 hours, they phoned me at 2pm job done, I thought they said 4 hours but it was 5 he said bloody hell give us a lunch break haha. But yeh great service, aircon now working perfectly. Thank you.

Wanted 80 for diagnostic on a banging noise where as other garage on same site said bring car in will see what the is and give u a quote to repairs very high price for diagnostics alone

Booked my C4 Picasso in for a diagnostic at 9am, as it was reporting multiple faults including ABS, ESR, Handbrake and other problems. They rang within an hour to give me a quote. A Citroen spare part was required but this was only available at 3pm. They rang me at 4.30pm to advise the car was ready. And the price was very reasonable. Good, fast service, and at reasonable cost.

Sold a Crashed Car “HPI clear” after numerous issues with faults on the car to be left stranded for over a week with no vehicle while being told the vehicle would be repaired under the warranty, to collect the vehicle and it be covered in damages and stinking of Canabis. After rejecting the car as only had for around 3 weeks. Garage accepted the vehicle back but won’t refund the money to the finance company due to the damages caused by the garage when in for repair!

I am beyond disappointed with my experience with piston and rotor. They sold me a car that has been nothing but a nightmare since day one—completely unsafe and riddled with major faults that put my family and me at risk daily.

The car has now developed a severe fault, displaying a warning message “Engine Faulty – Stop the Car” before completely cutting out and bumping along uncontrollably. This happened while driving on a national speed limit road with my two-year-old in the car—a terrifying and dangerous experience that I wouldn’t wish on anyone.

Shockingly, despite reporting this multiple times, piston and rotor has refused to collect the vehicle, even though it is clearly undrivable and unsafe. They have also failed to offer a suitable replacement, leaving me stranded with a car that is literally a hazard on the road.

To make matters worse, I’ve had to purchase four bottles of engine oil in just two months due to excessive consumption, yet they still refuse to acknowledge the severity of the issue. I have spent £120 on oil alone for a car that should never have been sold in this condition.

I expected better, but their lack of urgency, disregard for safety, and refusal to take responsibility is unacceptable. I am now forced to consider legal action just to get a resolution. If you value your safety and your family’s well-being, I would strongly advise steering clear of this company.

Saw the range rover evogue on car gurus spoke to Dave who was very informative about the vehicle so I decided to buy without seeing it. Delivered today and to say I was impressed with the condition of the vehicle inside and out is an understatment would certainly re commend using them to anyone else

Buying a new second car we thought it's a nightmare. Not here at Piston & Rotor Bury M/cr. the guy's were fabulous especially boldie Dave, great salesman Nothing was a problem he started car then left us to explore. The misses loved it, running around car excited there was no stress to buy right there. We felt great Dave explained some faults on car before we decided to buy. That was not on the Warrenty. Vary Honest company. I'd recommend to anyone looking for a used car. We carnt thank them enough.a five star 🌟 company it's showing 3.7 star for some reason I've actually put 5stars up?
