Was very nervous about using click mechanic as I have never used it before. However the whole process was very efficient and the work done was brilliant.

Kieran was absolutely outstanding from start to finish. He arrived ahead of schedule, completed the job in no time at all, and the quality of work was excellent. Rear brake discs, pads and wear sensor all replaced efficiently and professionally. What really stood out was how friendly and approachable he was throughout, and he left everything spotlessly clean and tidy — you'd never have known he'd been working on the car. Genuinely one of the best experiences I've had with a mechanic. Highly recommend Kieran without hesitation.

This is the first time I have used clickmechanic and I will 100% be using them again. Easy to book with and got the job done in short notice, my mechanic Henry did a great job, he was quick, nice to talk to and the price was very reasonable.

The inspected car turned out to be a 🐷 and that information was just as valuable as getting the thumbs up 👍 . The mechanic was thorough and called me as soon as he was along side the car. He was frank about its condition and summarised which elements were good/ok and what was wrong with it too. He was factual and I was able to make a secure informed decision not to go ahead with purchase. Similarly he sent a written report and detailed photo evidence of its condition. The service was excellent! A bullet dodged!

The allocated Mechanic Jerry from Elements Garage Bradford provided an excellent service and promptly fixed the problem with the car at the campsite we were staying on. He evidenced extensive knowledge and too time to explain what he was doing while doing it. Can praise or recommend him enough.
Also found the whole click mechanic process easy to use and very efficient.

ClickMechanic are a brilliant company and I will certainly continue to use them inthe future.

Very quick and easy much better value aswell

Couldn’t give 0. Absolutely Shocking service. It’s Pot Luck if you get someone decent. 3 out of 5 Bookings we’ve had have been disastrous. One left me Truck with a Vandalised Inside Cab, One bodged and the bodged to rectify the Brake Pads & Discs we had to spend out even more to put right at a local Garage and the last one turns up with the wrong Brake Pads and then tries to charge us for Booking Cancellation fee £40.
And they email u to say refer a Friend. I have advised anyone I know to AVOID and we’ve finally learnt our lesson although an expensive one too.

I have been using clickmechanic now for a few years, I’m very happy with all the mechanics I’ve had they’ve always kept me updated they’re polite and friendly and I’ve always been happy with the work they’ve carried out, I always highly recommend them to my friends the booking process is also very easy to do.

On line organisation and quote for car collection, MOT and full service was quick and very straightforward. Communication re ETA and arrangements by selected mechanic was by text and kept us updated. Everything turned around same day. Would recommend this service.
