I was contacted by Paul Keogh who asked me to complete the direct debit mandate which I did and sent it in to my bank. Paul told me that I would be contacted by text the night before my windows were due to be cleaned. I was given an estimate of the date when the windows would be cleaned but not having had the text, I called Paul and as a new customer, was very disappointed in the way he spoke to me. I felt that I was being treated as unintelligent and foolish individual and was told in no uncertain terms to read the details of his contract which was to wait for a text. I was told that they wouldn't now be coming to clean my windows. I tried to call Paul back as I believed there had been a misunderstanding but when I talked to Paul
he put the phone down on me and immediately cancelled my direct debit. I would like to remind Paul that I was the customer and would have expected some courtesy and civility as a new customer. I am a Chartered Accountant and would never dream of treating my clients in the way in which Paul treated me. All new customers beware !!!

A card indicated PK had called while I was out, but the condition of the windows showed they had not been cleaned. Every one was smeared with dried drips of water clearly visible. Paul ignored my text expressing disappointment so I cancelled my direct debit for the regular cleans as a complete waste of money. Then he called. There was no apology or offer to re-clean them. Instead he spoke of 'oxidisation of the window frames' causing the smears. When I disagreed, he became aggressive and felt unsafe so I asked him to leave. I told him I would pay the £20 first visit fee as a gesture of goodwill (he has a business to run) and as he left he shouted he would 'see me in court'. He has since threatened court action. I've asked him to re-clean the windows when I am in; he's refused.

We have had our windows cleaned for the first time by PK, we can say it was an excellent job, especially as our rear windows are difficult to reach, no problems for PK done and from ground level.

We will continue using them without a second thought, and its very reasonable.

Good service off the lads, very organised. Love the fact that you can pay by direct debit, as this works great.

I had my gutters cleared of moss,rubble and grass.Also i had my carport cleaned.An excellent job was done on both for what i considered a reasonable price.
