just have two bay windows and one small window fitted with shutters.The company is brilliant from start to finish.excellent customer service.The surveyor (Joe) was very knowledgeable and informative about the product.Email reponse was excellent and quick from both the manageress(Emma) and Mitchelle the assistant.The fitter (Phil) and his assistant were both very polite and the fitting was excellent.
I would definitely use them again and would highly recomend this company.their price was also reasonable and good.

Price, quality, durability and customer service are all on point.

The company came to measure and advise as to most suitable design for our windows, which turned out to be different from what I had first envisaged.

Staff were friendly and helpful from the online quotation stage to the measuring and fitting stages.

The shutters were ready earlier than we expected and were fitted by two friendly and respectful young men, very professionally.

The shutters were part of a home refurbishment. I had been worried about them blocking light but they are lovely and still allow view to the garden and street beyond. We had them in every room as an alternative to Venetian blinds. They are cosy and flexible.

The design team helpfully adjusted the design slightly to allow for a seasonal air conditioning unit to be used with a hose through the window in one room.

Despite all the difficulties currently being faced by businesses, Plantation Shutters were great from start to finish.

Somehow, they managed to deliver everything promised within the time frames that they originally quoted us with. The guy doing the installation turned up on time, was polite, professional and completed the job quickly.

Unfortunate (given circumstances), but nevertheless unreliable experience so far.

Ordered 2 sets of mid-size standard shutters on 25/9/2020 with a lead time of 6-9 weeks max. Informed in December that they hadn't arrived from China due to COVID / Brexit. Eventually informed of their arrival and scheduled a fitting date of first week of Jan 21 (approx. 14 weeks after ordering)

On morning of appt. I was informed that only 1 of the 2 shutters (Bathroom) never made it from China and there would be a further 6-9 week lead time. By the time they eventually arrive - it will have taken almost 5-6 months from original order. Not the service I expected, nor paid for.

Other than some apologetic emails, and a call from (Rob) the owner in Dec there has been little else in the way of addressing the situation.

The products that did arrive seem good quality otherwise, and the fitting was quick and professional.

Whether I would order again? I'm not sure at this point in time. There are many suppliers of these commodity products in London to justify issues, however unfortunate.

We waited 7 weeks from the time of ordering/measuring to installation (today) and it was worth the wait.
They definitely add value to our home/office and make up for the lack of a holiday abroad during the lockdowns.
Unlike many 'popular' plantation shutter companies, this one employs their own fitters and the ones that came today were professional, friendly, punctual, tidy, but most importantly...they did an amazing job.

I have dealt with a lot of company's during the renovation of our house & this company was by far the easiest to deal with, they are completely & totally professional from start to finish.
I shopped around & they were by far the most competitive & I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them if you are looking to install plantation shutters & trust me I've had a lot of experience.
From ordering through too installation they are definitely a five star company.

Super impressed with Plantation shutters. Friendly, Knowledgable and easy to deal with. All appointments bang on time. We looked at lower cost alternatives, but glad we went for a more quality company and service. Oh, and our shutters look really great as well!

Great service, very polite and efficient staff.

After researching shutters online, walked into the Battersea store around Oct / Nov 2018. They have good examples of shutters (as we didn't understand them!) They showed us examples and then put our measurements into an excel and give you an on the spot quote.

A person came to measure up, who was a little frustrated with us as we asked lots of stupid questions, but the fit-out was great, the shutters are awesome and they came on time. We paid for a faster service.

Would 100% use them again, didn't experience any issues whatsoever. Recommended.

Put an order for shutters on 5/6/2017.Two measure visits, £3600,and a fitting done on 31/7/18. Shutters has been fitted with missing parts (fillers) and faulty parts. The fitter was very rude cutting the wooden pieces on my brown leather couch, and assembling the shutters on my white fancy bed cover.Both fitters' hand print in black marks on the surrounding walls around the fitted shutters.The job unfinished and while the fitter said that missing parts should be at the back of his van (which was serviced on the day of fitting),his boss said that human errors happen & I have to wait for a second order and start all over again.
