Plastic Freedom Reviews

Delivered on time. Prices competitive. Compostible, paper garden sacks which were sturdy and didn't tear. Have already ordered from Plastic Freedom again!

It should be the norm that packaging is as simplistic as possible, so it’s very much a noticeable when a company can safely deliver items with plastic free materials.
Purchasing was clear, delivery was swift, communication is easy so I’m very happy with the service I received. It was very fitting to the bags I bought.

Great range of products, excellent customer service and always speedy delivery.

Brilliant customer Service, had a stock issue and this was dealt with swiftly and to my benefit. The replacement wine was lovely (thankfully).

Fast delivery, good comms, great products

Product was as expected as it’s a favourite I use regularly though first time from this company. Delivery was quick, in spite of me accidentally opting to ‘collect in store’ and having to rearrange…Personal touch much appreciated. Would use this company again.

Great experience, love my products!

Plastic free packaging and great products!

Site is great to use, delivery was quick and hassle free. Will be ordering from them again!

The range of products and effort that goes into sourcing them makes such a difference in enabling customers to be more sustainable and support small brands. The service is also excellent.

Always deliver on time, without any plastic packaging in sight and amazing customer service from Beth. She always goes the extra mile to help out and sort things if something goes wrong (which is rare!)

The company that I usually use to get my dog poo bags from is incredibly slow, so I would allow just over a week before anticipation of delivery. This time they were out of stock, so remembering that Plastic Freedom also sells their products, I ordered from there. Imagine my surprise when my ordered items arrived literally 3 days later! So for ease of order process and speed of delivery will continue to order from Plastic Freedom from here-on-in.

Perfect transaction all round.
I ordered some Nkuku baubles with a nice discount that arrived two days later. Can’t fault them at all.
It’s so refreshing to experience a hassle free online purchase. Thank you.

Wonderful products, friendly advice and quick service.

A good place to find all your favourite plastic free products :)

I liked my parcel a lot - everything I ordered. The only problem I had was with my very earth-friendly padded envelope, which surprised me by exploding out its soft messy innards all over my dark sweater. Please write instructions/warnings!

Probably not your fault because of strikes.
You are asking for a review before any delivery is made.please wait until your delivery company confirms.item arrived , very happy.

Great company, quality products and have such a huge range!

Plastic Freedom offers a great range of products and I often do a big order to get free delivery, I stock up on presents mostly. This way I can encourage others with lovely plastic-free gifts. I also benefit from the rewards system which makes a difference to affordability. I have enjoyed seeing the company grow (instagram) and love the personal touch

Repeat customer! Why use any other company when you know you’ve found the best?!
