I'm still waiting for an order placed over three weeks ago for two medium sized pieces of polycarbonate. The website's "Track My Order" seems broken and the phone is not answered. I did get a response via email but that deadline has come and gone.

Best avoided
A bit of an odd company. If things go well then you can expect to get good quality items at good prices. However, I experienced problems when placing orders, where there were continuous errors on the website when trying to place orders. I checked my account and they didn’t show up as being placed so I tried to place my order using a different device and that went through showing up on my account. However, later in the week I received two emails telling me that two separate orders were coming and, checking my bank, I saw that payment had been taken for two orders. The second payment had not been taken on the date of first trying to place an order, being taken later in the week and only one order showed up on their website. I tried to phone them to rectify this problem numerous times but they never answered. I left a ticket on their system through their ‘contact us’ page. No reply. I e-mailed then numerous times. No reply. In the end I have ended up with two orders and paid twice the cost. Their customer service is either non-existent or wilfully arrogant. Best avoided if at all possible.

Worktop for my new hobby bench…
I ordered a bespoke 1500 by 1500 sheet of 18mm melamine faced board with contrasting edge strips all four sides. Ordering was easy, and with the order being a bespoke piece I expected to wait a little while for delivery (after all they have to put it through their manufacturing process to my specifications, however I was surprised when I got delivery details in less than 2 weeks. Delivery was seemless with and the board was well packaged and so had arrived safe and well. I would highly recommend plastic sheets

Poor. Ordered glass cut to size. Waited four weeks - no communication. When chased, they promised delivery but it still never came. Had to threaten court action twice before they would refund me. Didn’t get my glass!

AVOID THIS COMPANY!!!
I placed order 12000309413 on 28th July and, 9 days later, it still hasn't arrived. I paid extra for express shipping, which stated the order should arrive the following day. Instead, I've received absolutely nothing.
I've called the company numerous times, but nobody answers the phone. I've also sent an email and haven't received any response. There has been zero communication throughout this entire process. I've paid for goods that haven't been delivered, and the complete lack of customer service is unacceptable. At this point, I have no confidence that my order will ever arrive. As the company refuses to respond or resolve the issue, I'll now be contacting my card provider to request a chargeback and recover my money. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this company.

Woeful company
What a woeful company. I Ordered a sheet of Perspex which they posted to an address which they conjured up in their imagination. Called them to point this out to them over 20 times with no answer. Left a message and an email which also went unanswered.
Then they had the audacity to email me to asks me to leave a review (so they could improve their service)
Stop taking customers money and failing to deliver would be a great start to improving their business. Do NOT use these cretins.

Great, clean and to spec products.
Ordered an aluminium composite sheet and a clear polycarb sheet, both sheets were as requested and very clean, no marks from the cutting and drilling process.
I had to make an specification adjustment due to my own error and couldn't get a ticket response but it did bounce back with a server error so that would explain it. I ended up speaking with Chris who was very apologetic for the issues with the support system BUT he was true to his word, everything he promised to do was done and was done promptly.
TLDR; Slightly slower turnaround than expected but it was to my benefit due to change being needed. Quality more than makes up for that and the pricing is cheaper than elsewhere.

Order placed 16th july its now the 2nd Aug (17 days) and nothing has arrived, no communication, no responce to chasing email. Completley haulted my project due to needing these parts from this company. Wish i'd checked trustpilot before placing an order and then gone elsewhere. If you are reading this, dont bother with this firm and find someone else. Cue the generic responce from the company, asking me to get intouch as they now want to help. But I very standard experience followed by saying they would send for the next day delivery. Still not received 4 days later and the tracking number doesn’t work. Please avoid this company

Poor customer service - undelivered order and poor communication
I ordered a sheet of glass on 9th July and paid for express delivery expecting to receive it by 13th July. It never arrived. I chased and as was told it would be dispatched soon, but no expected delivery date was offered. When I tried to contact the company again I could not get hold of anyone an no-one returned my calls or emails. I then requested to cancel the order. I got an email acknowledging my request today (23rd July ) and saw the status of my order is ON HOLD so I still don't know what I can expect.

Acrylic sheets marked due to missing peel off protection
Ordered 6 sheets of acrylic for picture frames for an exhibition. When I opened package four did not have blue peel off protection on one side and were marked making them unfit for purpose. Raised a ticket 5 days ago, phoned and left message, emailed and phoned again today not answered. Too late now for exhibition. No response when I emailed it was urgent. Won't use this company again.

I ordered the cut to size melamine…
I ordered the cut to size melamine sheet and kept it in the box until the day I had workers in to fit it. When taking it out of the box all the corners were damaged, I had no choice but to carry on with fitting it as it had to be done by a deadline.
I took pictures of the damaged and emailed it over to customer services.
They replied saying it had been forwarded onto the investigations team and I would hear back from them within 2 working days, that was almost 2 weeks ago and I’ve had no communication from the company.
I feel this is terrible customer support.
