Good support and problem solved

I purchased the new version of Blocksy Companion Premium plugin for my website and installed it exactly according to the instructions, but at first it did not work.

The first support reply was a bit generic, but after I explained the issue more clearly, the team investigated it properly and found that the version I had received was not working correctly. They replaced it, and after that everything worked perfectly.

I purchased the Travel Monster Pro plugin on 02 November 2025. I initially had access for a short time, but the access stopped working completely. The website now shows “Invalid username or password,” and the password reset does not work. I never received a permanent download link, and I cannot log in anymore.

I contacted support several times but received no response. Since I paid for a product that I can no longer access, I am now requesting a refund through PayPal.

This experience has been very disappointing, and I hope others are aware of these issues before purchasing.

I was very nervous to purchase the unlimited package, but it was well worth it. Some plugins like Lpagery and some other didn't work but it is still worth the price. I would definitely recommend them and they did respond to my query. So all in all a great service, hope they can keep up with the quality of service! Thanks again.

Just bought the ACF PRO plugin for 5USD. I've received the plugin zip file and can upload it tó my website, and enable it. But I did not got the PRO licence, so this is a totally unusable purchase. Finally I bought the licence form the official developer Site. Last Time used your Site!

I purchased a plugin with order #468186, but it wasn't pre-activated. I asked for an activation key, and they told me to type in any one, but it doesn't work. I've been waiting four days to use the plugin I purchased, but no one has responded to my email. Not recommended.

I have been using their services for 3 months now and I'm really happy.
They have a pretty long list of premium plugins available. And what I like the most is that I can manage all plugins inside the WordPress admin area.
Plus, automatic updates are also awesome.
