They are one of the few respectfull websites in this GPL plugins field. Greatest customer service with issue I had with 2 plugins that required activation. I had technical issue to allow them to login to my Admin to fix the issue, and they were amazingly patient and responsive though it took me about 2 weeks to fix the issue in my website and required many failed tries to try login to my Admin. They seem to be very reliable from my experience. Highly recommend!

Fast and effective support. My problem was solved immediately! Plugin is configured and working again!

like a scam, i signed up for a month membership. and most of the plugins i needed were listed as requiring a lifetime membership to download. pretty disappointed to see so many positive reviews as i hoped. they advertise pretty well and i was stupid not to look closely at what was going on. and neither should you. never expect to download anything decent there when signing up for a monthly or yearly membership.
although the plugins are cheap here i kinda hate being treated like such a clown
it was heartening to see positive reviews on trustpilot, and also heartening that less than 5 minutes of use i had to take the time to come here and give this site a one star

These guys patient to customer are unmatched,I was buying a plugin from them then I mistakenly purchased a plugin which wasn’t the actual one I’m was looking for so I contacted them and they responded immediately and helped me through, they discounted the plugin I want to 100% and sent me a link to download it without cost to replace the initial one I bought. They really value their customer.

I don’t use their services anymore. But they charged me for the last 2 years. Once I noticed I was charged this year again, I asked them for my money back. They said they have a very strict refund policy but the guy kinda refunded me for at least this year, so I was appreciative of that.

Overall alot good experience. Support is alot fast and solved my issues on time . Also the plugins are updated alot quicker

I Purchased a Theme with Plugins in this website as a single purchased which is described to be assisted even with the updates
at first the support activated it and after few days the theme which i buyed updated its terms and asking for a verification code
and when i asked the support for the same
They were saying that they could activate it only if I buy the Lifetime plan in this website
which is of 200$
which is a complete waste of my time and money that i invested before

After buying a WP plugin I tried to activate the plugin. Unfortunately after using the plugin to make and publish a grid in the frontpage of the website, a message appeared stating that the pluging had to be registered before showing an output. After contacting the customer service they asked to get access to the site. Within a day after creating an access account the problem was solved. Great job!!

It is a Scam, I bought a service from them before, and after this, they continued to charge me every month 29$ without my permission for two months, even without sending me renewing email, I am really upset

There can occasionally be problems with the plugins, but the support is rapid and effective. I have saved a lot of money using this supplier and do not hesitate to recommend them.
