Fees for the book are hard to find and if I had known the complete price up front, I would not have considered this worth it.
Customer service was not stellar. I had some confusion on payment/proofing and I did not feel the representative heard my question.

This is the sixth book I’ve done with plum print and the quality is always excellent. I have recommended them to friends in the past and all of them have been pleased. Also, the turnaround time is excellent . I am a very fussy customer and this is a 5 star top-notch product.

I've had books made with my children's artwork for the last several years and Plum Print has done a fantastic job. The books are beautiful and it is evident the level of care that is put into creating them. Customer service is also wonderful, fast and easy to work with. I recommend Plum Print to everyone I know!

Easy process. Quality finished product. The only hitch was uploading the photo for the title page. I did it once and you asked for it again on proof. I did it again and it doesn't look like it takes. I went ahead and emailed it in to be safe. Also: it was mailed in two pieces of cardboard squeezed together. I live in FL and it rains! Thankfully I was home or I would have been worried. Maybe enclose it in a plastic bag before mailing in plain cardboard ?

I order the box in the fall, and as the year progresses, put my daughter's art projects in the box (after they've hung up for a while). It reduces clutter and I know they'll be turned into something I can really use to admire her artwork for years to come. The books are always beautiful, the scans of the more 3d crafts always turn out great. I'm so thrilled I found this and I look forward to continuing it for years to come.

I cannot begin to tell you the joy I felt when I received this book and started flipping through the pages. I’ve always cherished the art my children created, and have framed as many pieces as possible. With all of that being said, there were so many pieces I still had laying around that I wanted to preserve. This book is magical! Plum print is the solution I have been looking for!! The cover is gorgeous, I love the personalization, and my kiddos special artwork is now preserved forever.

A book of review for my daughter’s kindergarten year. It was beautiful, the scans looks perfect, a great way to preserve some of her important art work and moments from that year. My only complaint is it is really pricey, especially to add more pages. It would be hard to do for every year at this price.

I couldn’t be more pleased with the final product! A designer clearly took their time to group hundreds of my kids art pieces nicely together and used background colors that coordinated beautifully! It really felt like this book was made with love and is a special memoir my children and I will cherish forever!! One of the best purchases I’ve ever made! I cried tears of joy as my teenagers said it was their favorite gift❤️

Amazing, compassionate company!!

Internal messages at bottom of page spoiled otherwise great book. The curation and pictures was terrific but it looks like the page wasn’t cut correctly. There’s an extra half inch or so on the bottom with black type on a white background that spoils it. It looks like internal tracking with a project due date. Shame that the good design work was ruined by a failure to do quality control on the final product. Will be going to another company for

Changes
I needed to make changes to our book before printing and I was able to handle this by phone using ideas both from myself and their customer service person, (Their customer service is the best). The changes were made and the book arrived in time for graduation. My granddaughter just loved the book and also the rest of the family.
I would like to add that this was the second book that I had ordered. I also had one done for my grandson 2 years ago for his high school graduation and with help from their customer service it was a complete success. I know from his comments at the time that
he really liked it.

Captured my son's artwork beautifully and with ease, from my end. I want to keep these memories and they were so easy to deal with, responsive and helpful.
