I had a fantastic experience working with Plum Print. Very professional and responsive team members were in touch with me to answer any questions I had prior to giving them my project. Once I decided to go with Plum, the process was seamless. We are DELIGHTED with the final product; it is exceptionally well designed and produced. I let the designers create the book and they did an excellent job! I suggested one quick edit which was made quickly. The book turned out great!

Great quality of product. Process is a bit complex but worth it.

Unreasonably expensive and inflexible. The whole point of your product is to take the hassle of saving kids artwork. Instead, you expect mothers to somehow understand how much art is too much and then offer no way to adjust the price once the artwork is sent in, effectively holding the memories hostage. I had already paid for another deposit but after that is done I won't use this service again, and I have stopped recommending it to other mothers.

Third time ordering and really happy with the product and being able to have a way to remember the art without keeping all of the art.

They were patient with my design changes and the book came out just as I expected.

I learned about plum print through a promotion for a school fundraiser. I felt the costs were high for the size of book. Please keep in mind the printed book may have a different size of the artwork (i.e. the size of the hand print was smaller in the printed book). It did not occur to me the size of hand prints might change. I was already over $100 for one book and there would be an additional fee to have art work returned. I did not have my art work returned.

It’s a local business and I wanted to show my support through purchasing the books despite the costs.

It was great communication with the company through out the process. Just be aware of the investment.

My book came out great! Next time I’m going to mark pages better. I will recommend your books ✌🏼

I was hesitant about sending my child's artwork, however I was totally impressed with the whole process. I received my box very quickly. The instructions were very easy to follow. There was plenty of space in box, to include large construction paper type things. I was very appreciative of the fact that I received email updates of the status of my items. i.e. when the box arrived, when the images were ready to review, when the items were shipped back, when the book was being made. The final product was exactly what I hoped it would be! I am now able to keep a couple of my favorite pieces and throw the rest away without feeling guilty. I'm already looking to purchase other items and making another book.

Thanks for making such beautiful books with my childrens' artwork. My kids love looking at the books, and I enjoy the thought that they will have the books for a lifetime to remember their childhoods.
