Although the book came out well, I felt nickel and dimed the entire time. They had a Valentines promo going on the same time I was purchasing the books. I asked if I could get that and they said no, it was $60 to get my three kids art work mailed back to me and $200 per book when it was all said and done. No discount for getting three books at once, nothing. I would not recommend them due to this.

Most impressive to have a book put together by Plum Print with my grandchildren’s artifacts. They loved them and received much joy seeing their work. I hope they treasure them. I felt much pride giving their book to them. Thank you, Plum Print your customer service is outstanding.

I ordered 3 books. Extremely high quality photos and product. Even items such as trophies and plaques look better than they do in real life. The design was top notch. Would use again, even though it’s fairly pricey.

This was so easy from the very beginning. I went on Plum Print's site and ordered two boxes. They arrived quickly. I then arranged all my grandchildren's pictures in the order in which I wanted them. Filled out the information on the boxes (which was so convenient) and returned them (no cost) via FedEx. About a week later I was sent a proof of both books. I noticed an error in the last name so I sent the correction back and the next day they sent a revised proof. This one I OK'd, emailed it back and about 2 weeks later my grandchildren were thrilled to receive their books. This may seem expensive to some, but for the efficiency and great service, it is well worth it to get 100's of crafts and pictures out of the closet and into a book that they can keep forever. I will use this service at the end of each school year from now on. What a great experience!

The quality of the work and how quickly the process was great. Additionally I can't say enough about the incredible customer service as I had a few additional considerations that the team was very responsive and helpful.

Such an incredible treasure for us to consolidate and enjoy for MANNNYYYY years to come! The quality and design are both on point! I’ll be ordering many more of these as my son grows up.

I absolutely love this company! I love the time, effort and planning that goes into each book. I love how they present the artwork, and I love especially seeing which picture they chose for the cover! We have several of these books at our home and I love this way to preserve our kiddos artwork/schoolwork.

Easy process and good communication. Very expensive for what it actually is but it's a nice gift. I liked being able to delegate the project rather than having the art continue to accumulate in my house.

Communication was great from start to finish. The changes that I requested were made right away, and I received the art book in great condition. The quality of the book exceeded my expectations!

The team was quick to respond to questions and the quality of the final product was good.

This was such a wonderful gift for not only my super creative 6 year old- but for me too. I feel so much better about having my son's artwork in a beautiful keepsake instead of it getting trashed, forgotten and taking up space in many boxes in our small apartment. I know this will be able to travel with him easier in the future to look back at his work. The process was so easy and now I have a second box for my daughter I'm able to collect her prized art work in when she comes home from school instead of it piling high on my dining room table.
