Love the product. And I know it takes hard work to make it, I can tell. However I still think it is a bit overpriced. That is the only reason for the 4 stars.

Beautiful books! So glad that I decided to use this service to memorialize the artwork my kids made. It made me narrow down to a few select pieces and gave me the ability to let the rest go. I will be using plum print again for the next round of kid artwork.

From the time I mailed my project in and thru out the whole process ran very smoothly. When I called my questions were always answered and all the changes were always done very quickly. The final product exceeded my expectations! Would use this company again. And would highly recommend

The recipe book was done very well but photos turned out darker than I liked

My book arrived damaged and I reached out to support with photos and have not heard back. Would like another book at no charge or a refund.

Created 3 books that span from 2018-2022. They all turned out so great. I love we get to keep the memories without the piles of paper. The kids enjoyed seeing their art in a 'real book'!

It is an incredible concept; however, the quality is not worth the cost of the book $200 for 15 pages front and back. Maybe create a mock digital copy so we can create the edits and not limit to only 7.
I have a ton more art from my daughter and will not be using this company again. I can scan the items at home for a whole lot less.

I could not be more pleased with my experience with Plum Print! The final product was beautiful and exceeded my exceptions. The customer service was also outstanding. I had a number of questions throughout the process and always received prompt and helpful responses.

The book is perfect to sit out displaying our son’s art work.

I had a few disappointments. The first was asking for the Black Friday sale after I had just sent the items. I did technically get the sale but wasn’t informed that I’d be forfeiting my deposit because it was a cancel/reorder. I wish the employee I chatted with asking for advice on how to get the sale informed me- it ended up costing more!

I let it go and continued with the process but received the book today and the pictures are blurry. Since the proof was much smaller it wasn’t as noticeable. I spent over $200 on a book that I am disappointed with. If I knew the pictures were blurry when made a full page, I would have asked for smaller pictures. The pics are also a bit darker than I hoped

I’m really disappointed with the total experience. Definitely not the quality I thought it’d be.

We wanted to keep the memories of our son's summer camp but without the clutter. Plum Print was the perfect solution. Someday our son will look back on this and appreciate all the keepsakes.

Beautifully created book, a little smaller than I expected🤷🏽‍♀️. However, that did not take away from its professional presentation. Thank you for capturing my Granddaughters creative progression in one place❣️
