Terrible company
Terrible company. They give you a full 10 hour appointment window, where you have to stay in. No courtesy call to give a more accurate time. Then they just fail to turn up. Happened to us twice in a row so obviously i cannot un recommend this company enough. Two full days wasted for absolutely nothing. Now they want to rebook! Yeah right!

What a great service.
What a great service.
We chose our package with PlusHeat, several weeks ago, which incorporated a boiler service. This was arranged over the phone(although it can be done online).
The engineer gave us an idea of arrival time on chosen day. He was polite and got straight on with servicing our combo-boiler.
A written report, followed by pictures of the boiler areas was sent through by PlusHeat the following day.
All in all a good efficient service and very pleased that we selected PlusHeat!
