Poles & Blinds Reviews

finding what you want in the shops is challenging but found exactly what I needed at poles & blinds.com. Package came next day. great products and delivery service. Brilliant and recommended company.

There was a good choice of roman blind cassette widths on the site and the instructions were clear. Only gap in the great service was between getting the VAT invoice and finding out that it was ready to ship - I was about to try and contact because it was almost a week.

Easy to order and excellent delivery service

The rail came really quickly and is of great quality. I have to say that it took us around 4 hours to put up, but we do have a big bay window and needed 7 different bends to make it fit. We discovered our ceiling also wasn't level which didn't help!

All in all, great value for money and well worth what we paid. We haven't got round to attaching any curtains yet, but the sliders seem to glide smoothly all the way round. Would purchase again :)

Unbelievable service. We ordered our curtain track from a great range and were staggered when it was delivered less than 24 hours later.

Everything from initial ordering through payment to delivery just worked the way you expect it to. Poles arrived quickly and undamaged. I will use them again as I work my way through the house refurbishment.

Exactly what we expected. Great service and product, the rail was super easy to install. Highly recommend.

Delivered on time and reasonable price.

Very good price with speedy delivery and good quality products

Item was as described and delivered in a timely manner.

I really loved item quality and final look of pole. It's great quality of materials and perfectly suits our bedroom

Early delivery of my order. The product was exactly as I wanted. Will certainly revisit for any future requirements.

Fastest delivery. Good comms. Quality product. Recommended.

The only retailer I could find who could supply a curtain rail long enough for the bay window. The service was quick and efficient.

Ordered a double curtain pole for our lounge, it arrived in four working days ( didn’t move at the weekend !! ) well packaged but upon opening the smaller pole was missing ! Contacted them by phone ( 8 attempts ) and they said they would look into it, as we had no contact from them, my husband phoned and asked what was happening, was told the same answer, looking into it. My husband thought that was it, we had no chance of getting a replacement . Next day we had a phone call from them telling us the replacement pole was on its way, and how sorry they were for the inconvenience of it all. It arrived 4 days later, what a relief. The double pole set looks lovely now it’s up, the curtains glide across the pole with no effort, they are strong and well made, I would recommend the pole but think although the company did replace the missing pole, it would have been better for us if they had come straight back with the information, instead of leaving us thinking we would have to look else where.

The curtain hooks were a lovely quality. Very well made with a good weight. Unlike the cheap lightweight ones which come from China and generally sold on a well known shopping site.
Would have given 5* but communication regarding delivery wasn’t very clear. No details when they were going to be delivered, no tracking information etc.
But really pleased with the product itself.

Brilliant service from Poles & Blinds, great selection on site and delivered extremely quickly.
Thanks.
