Placed an order for a curtain rail and fittings. Only the curtain rail arrived. Customer services reassured the fittings would be sent again and I would be notified. 3 weeks later and this still hasn’t arrived, no follow up to advise if there has been delays. Not a great experience overall.

We chose them from your web page and they look so good when fitted in our living room gone from drab black and silver poles in the past but wood effect we chose finish the room of in style. Bedrooms are next so will be looking at more to buy from the range .

Really easy to find what I wanted and order it. Delivered with care and easy to put up. I couldn't be more pleased.

Everything went according to plan.

The pole is ok, however, their chosen courier stated that they had delivered the item to me but I hadn’t received it. It took 2 days & a number of phone calls & emailsfor them to tell me that it had been delivered to a neighbouring farm & left in their bin compound in pouring rain even though I was in all day. The packaging was soaked & falling off it when I found it & the end of pole was showing signs of rust. In the end I accepted the pole in this condition as I needed it. Don’t expect anything great in terms of customer service from this company if things don’t happen as they should.

A bit prolonged delivery

This the second time i have ordered from Poles Direct and happy to say I received the same swift service and efficient i did on the first occasion. I also used the cutting service which is very good and reasonably priced. Quality of product as expected.

I am highly disappointed with the customer service from Poles Direct. The support team was unhelpful, and resolving my issue was far more difficult than it should have been. I expected much better communication and care for the customer. I would not recommend ordering from them if you want reliable service. Customer Service dept even put the phone down on me! Rude

My Paypal account gave the wrong address. I called and spoke to Ellis who quickly and competantly amended the order without issue.

I feel confident that my first order with you will be handled with the same competence and care.

Easy ordering online and prompt delivery. Items delivered in tact and complete. Screws and raw plugs provided not suitable for all wall surfaces (I replaced mine for fixing to plasterboard walls). Easy to put up and looks good.
