I thought I was buying an oak curtain pole. Not a metal pole with an oak sticker on it. Very misleading product. No part of the product headline, description or specification say this is metal.

Prompt dispatch. Well packaged. Cut to size perfectly. Great quality item. Would recommend.

I received my curtain pole set within a couple of days of ordering. I was impressed with the quality of the pole and how everything was well packaged within the box. The little touches such as a video and fitting instructions sent from the company show that they do care about their products and customers. I will certainly be ordering again from Poles Direct in the future.

Really lovely pole no problem fitting everything needed was in package.

Two delivery days arranged and delivery company failed to arrive both days. First day received message late afternoon saying unable to deliver. The second day didn’t receive a message they just didn’t turn up.

Lovely solid, good quality curtain pole. I bought the antique brass finish and I'm pleased with it. There's a good choice of sizes and styles and it was easy to fit. It was delivered very promptly as well.

Terrible quality, terrible customer service!

Poles arrived with various issues, most annoying issue was that the finials do not fit!

Customer service is very slow to respond and when they finally do respond they expect you to return the faulty products at your own cost which is quite high due to the size of the poles!

Of the 3 poles we ordered we have issues with two of them, issues which mean the product doesn’t work as Intended / isn’t for for purpose.

Terrible product, do not waste any money with this company. Cheap sub-standard products which aren’t fit for purpose.

Terrible customer service who are very slow to respond / constantly fob off the customer.

This pole is falsely advertised as being an aged oak wooden pole.

It is a metal pole wrapped in a laminated paper to “look” like oak which it doesn’t at all. It looks cheap and tacky . Nowhere does it say on any info that it is metal . It went straight in the bin and ordered from elsewhere.

was the correct length, fairly stiff and came in a reasonable time! what more could you ask for from a mail order pole?

They look great , a good few of the screws broke when putting them up , could be better quality .
