Received quickly. Easy to order.

Nice curtain pole for reasonable price and fairly quick shipment. However, supplied with poor quality screws and plugs which couldn’t support the pole. When used, the pole fell off the wall, damaging it.

Not impressed with the product, brackets at ends are too visible and of poor design, where the rail slides to extend there is a large visible join in the centre of the rail, and the ‘simple to fit’ instructions are not simple.

Great service, prompt delivery and great products which were good quality and easy to fit.

Nicely made pole but the problem I had was that I put low tack masking tape on the pole while I marked out the centre and where the pole supports should be and on removing the tape the paint has pulled off the pole so now requires repainting. Up until that point I was impressed.

Look nice quick delivery nice finish easy to put up ,one small problem the fitting on ball end came out but glued it back in so that's why we dropped to a 4 as the hole was too big and the screw came out ,only problem we had ,they look great love them they match my oak furniture lovely 😍

Pretty cheaply made pole with a vinyl type of ‘oak’ finish. Presumably made in China?

Do not use this company if you want to have the reassurance of great customer service. I called to ask for help when their delivery partner, DX Express, failed to deliver on 3 separate occasions. It was the usual “sorry we missed me … we left a calling card” situation, when this was blatantly untrue. They were sympathetic on the phone, said they’d get in touch with DX, and that I’d receive the order the next day. I asked them to keep me updated which they promised to do. No contact whatsoever and a follow up email was ignored. Needless to say, I didn’t receive the poles the next day. When they did arrive 6 brackets were missing from the order. A call later and they promised to send them by Royal Mail - tracked 48 - as their system couldn’t book tracked 24! No follow up whatsoever, a further email was ignored. Eventually they were delivered by DX Express, who we specifically asked them not to use given the problems we’d had with this company. In summary, the poles are great and as expected but the entire customer service experience fell very short.
