Bought several times over the last few years
The curtain rail I bought recently must be about the fifth I've had from Poles Direct, all of them metal and using the Allure mounting brackets which are so easy to fit. Quality is excellent and they come well packed. My repeat business testifies to how pleased I've been with their products and service

Excellent service and product
First time used Poles Direct. We were looking for a wooden curtain pole that did not cost an arm and leg. Ordered Sunday, delivered Thursday. Excellent service. Pole was good quality and did the job. Would recommend this company.

Very good company, easy to deal with. We had a problem where DX delivered part of our order. Absolutely fine but DHL failed to find the address, I spoke with Ellis who was incredibly helpful and managed to sort everything out quickly for me.
