Pools Surplus Stores Reviews

The dispatch time was over a week, in fact I had to email them and got a short, no explanation, “it was sent this morning “ reply. The post office didn’t receive the parcel for at least another 3 days, it was delivered within 24 hours once they received it. Also one of the T shirts was not the same cammo as in the picture I ordered from, which is not the end of the world in this case but not good. I’ve spent some good money with these people over time and won’t be giving them any more of my business. 2 stars because at least it arrived eventually and was 75% the correct order.

Top quality uniforms! First Class!

The British Army always has the best! Canadian Army Jackets are a bit too American.

Will be getting more and putting them to good use for a Monty Python style comedy thing here in Montreal!!!

Thanks Gents!

Brilliant 🤩 great quick delivery, great product, easy online shopping, would definitely recommend this company, all the stars ⭐️

Fast delivery. Impressed with the quality.

Good replica of The Middlesex Regiment flag. Okay to go in the window but think it would be no good left outside in rough weather.

Great item, good quality and condition. Fast delivery, very happy!

You get what you pay for from them, a lot of the products are military surplus, may be a bit worn and even some of the "new" stock has clearly come out of storage and has a mothball smell.

BUT I've always found their products to be fundamentally good quality, with everything that matters working well. Their prices have always been good and the delivery very quick.

I've bought a few things before for hiking from them and have always found this. Good quality, used items at a decent price.

Goods as described, prompt delivery.

What a great shop! Packed with loads of stuff for camping and outdoor pursuits. Owner is very helpful and friendly. I will be back for Christmas presents for sure!
