I had to return some items, and got a gift card credit to use. When I came to use the gift card, I had a bit of a struggle at checkout, and ended up paying full price. I contacted the company, and quickly got a response and assurance that the gift card (almost £70) would be honoured, and indeed, I got a refund into my bank very promptly. So although I messed up, Plain and Simple sorted it out without fuss.

Had a few t shirts from plain and simple deliverd fast and great quality, at a good price.

The t-shirt I ordered for my son is beautiful quality and he is so pleased it’s 100% organic cotton. Really reasonably priced considering.

Ordered a pair of joggers which unfortunately arrived damaged. I reported this via email and Katy from the customer service team was quick to respond in a friendly and efficient manner.

A replacement item was shipped out almost immediately, and it arrived in excellent condition. Very happy with the purchase and wouldn’t hesitate to order from them again. Highly recommend.

I bought a crew neck t-shirt and a pair of joggers. At first I wasn't sure about the t-shirt because the neck was higher than I'm used to and the cotton material was heavy. I love it now. It's my favourite t-shirt. You can wear it also when it's cooler. The joggers are great. I liked them straight away. The only reason I am not giving 5 stars is because l wish the material of the joggers was thicker. They might not be properly warm in the winter. I am impressed by the policy of the returns even when you have worn the clothes out.

Sizing was shown as Regular Fit, items delivered were 'Slim Fit' - not even an option on the website. I raised an enquiry with customer services to understand if they had changed sizing or if it was a mistake and never got a reply even weeks later. Items were returned and received a refund

Ordered 3 organic XS t shirts. Not a great fit but thought they may be a more comfortable fit when washed. Unfortunately they shrank. I recommend ordering at least one size larger.

The quality of the sweat shirt was excellent, as was the delivery. But, as with previous purchases, the sizing is strange. With an extra small being snug in the body but with extremely long and narrow sleeves which have to be turned over.

Lovely quality t-shirts. They're a great fit and I love the high neck. I love the ethos of Plain and Simple: responsibly sourced, high quality materials and superb environmental credentials. I know I'll always be a customer!

I asked to change my delivery address late on a Friday night and it was resolved quickly by the friendly customer service within 20 minutes.
