Order never arrived and still waiting for refund... 6 WEEKS LATER
Ordered a candle and some wax melts, in November and didn't arrive in time for Christmas. Didn't arrive at all in fact, have emailed the company 7 times and still haven't heard back from them. I have requested my money back and am still waiting over 6 weeks later. I appreciate it's a small family business, and I was patient with them in the beginning because I understand parcels go missing and sometimes these things cannot be helped, however to keep money that has been paid for an item that hasn't been received by a customer and go radio silent on them is appalling. Absolutely terrible customer service, will NEVER be buying from here again and I discourage anyone else to buy from here because your money may be taken and you will end up without anything even arriving.

No contact from the company and no delivery order on the 20 November and still not received by the 3rd December
Do not purchase from this company. I ordered a number of items on the 20 November, it is now the 3december.
I have contacted the seller a number of times trying to establish where my order is. The order amounts to just under 100 pounds.
There was no tracking number.
Despite numerous emails I have had one reply on the 27 November stating the order will be dispatched on the day they replied.
It clearly was not and I’m still trying to contact the company without success. There is no phone number, there is an address for returns which is in Sefton Liverpool but that address appears to be registered to another company, nor is the company registered with companies house.
Now I have to try and obtain my money back via the bank by raising a dispute.
Why would a company advertise if they can’t fulfil orders and show a complete disregard for their customers.
As stated, i strongly advise not purchase from this company. Trust cannot be established and commutation is non existent.
I would have liked to have uploaded the screenshots I took of the attempts I made to contact this company, but it seems there is no option to do this on this site.
I will find another way.
Poor and shoddy services, they take your money though so beware

We can see you ordered on the 20th November which was Black Friday week our busiest time of year for that reason we put banners on the website and also a message a checkout that it can take up to 10 working days for dispatch, reason being all products are handmade to order by our small team
We did email you letting you know your order was due to be dispatched and also refunded your shipping fee and upgraded you to a signed for service for any inconvenience caused
After tracking your order with Royal Mail we can see they tried delivering it twice to your address but nobody was home to collect it we’ve emailed you with an update but not heard back

Got it sorted
The mark of a good business is how it responds when things go wrong. My delivery failed initially, but after bringing it to Poshburn's attention, they got on the case, investigated and resolved the issue. That is the sort of service we all want and my initial dissatisfaction has been completely resolved. I now have no hesitation in using and recommending Poshburn.

The most beautiful candles! I have done my shopping around but these are 100% the best! They look just as gorgeous as they smell. The smell lasts for hours on end. You get what you pay for! I love shopping here! Thank you Poshburn!!
