No black burn off, great true to smell that lingers even after extinguished. Easy to remove from the burner without having to chisel away.

i placed an order with posh burn which arrived and was in a royal mail bag saying the box and item were damaged the box was wet but smelt nice
,so i knew it was leaking

i contacted posh burn via email
and had no response for a while
i then emailed them via insta and someone responded
they asked me to send al pictures and evidence
i understand they have to do this but my order was for my sons birthday
they said they would get back to me and they did a week later to say they was sorting it out for me
and still to this day a few weeks later had nothing
I am so disapointed as its not my fault and from the pictures you can clearly see that royal mail are at fault
and i was a present down
to not get a response still now it not acceptable
i have emailed again to chase but nothing

Just a follow up on my recent poshburn order..called to unit and luckily this time a member of the team was there, my order was locked away and as l live locally they offered to drop it off for me free of charge, and they did, with pack of wax melts for my inconvenience, have to say my candle smells amazing as do the melts and diffuser..I’ll definitely be putting a order in for Christmas presents.

I have ordered from Poshburn several times and never had a problem before. Unfortunately my last order took 10
Days to arrive which is a bit slow considering I live in the same city the company is in. But my main issue was that I ordered a large reed defuser refill and only received the smaller one. Again these things happen but I have tried to contact them via email and messenger and heard nothing back. Such a shame as I’ve always really liked their products

Great product, non- existent after sales. Part of the order was missing despite multiple emails no response at all. A real shame as would like to further order but this concerns me.

Did not receive my order (cost (£40) and have emailed three times to try to resolve with no response at all. Bought from Poshburn a number of times and previously very good.

Quick delivery, first time I've tried the subscription, it's a great idea but obviously you don't get to choose the scent. Most I received are lovely but one pack I won't use unfortunately.

This is my second order from the company. There products are of high quality packaging are nice I will be ordering again .

Diffuser is very poor quality, can barely even smell it

Products smell amazing. The carpet fresh and the room sprays I use all the time.

I would give no stars but didn’t have the option do not order from this company. I paid £89 for an order I did not receive, I’ve sent numerous emails and messages but still no reply from this company absolutely appalling they should be ashamed of themselves.

Ordered 3 oil diffusers all the same fragrence, one of the oils was sent out incorrectly, posh burn said they would send the correct one out as of the 3rd August but have still not received, contacted them, they read the messages but chose not to reply, definitely won't use them again

Customer service not great, messages sent on chat and emails not replied too. Love the Halfeti wax melts, disappointed with the Halfeti diffuser, not very strong scent.
