Finally decided to cancel
Finally decided to cancel. I worked out I've spent about £700 probably more since I joined and had 2 x £10 vouchers so I'd rather spend my money elsewhere with better odds of winning or just save the £12.50 a month. My advice is the winners are in higher end postcodes so working class won't get a look in.

What an absolute scam! Corporate take all the money. The rest of the so called big winners are paid actors.
You ask questions about postcode lottery and they have a script to read from.
It's all a money making SCAM!!!

Yet again another winner up North
Yet again another winner up north. They say its randomly picked so why are there a lot, I mean a lot more winners up north. One postcode has won it twice within a short time frame. Have a look & see for yourselves. Normally the wirral area does well. Wait for the response. Who says there isnt a North South divide, with the postcode lottery there is. Time to leave it think.

Spoke to somone called bmo
Spoke to somone called mr bmo, he didnt have a clue what he was doing, I asked to see how many tickets I was playing for told me 6, but i only have 3, then I asked which postcodes he ended up giving me 8 different postcodes, couldn't understand a word he was saying very deep accent, surly they would hire people on the phones with a clean accent, not paying anymore I quit its becoming a joke very unprofessional

Won a gift but my choice had sold out
Speaking with the lady (sorry forgot her name now 😞) she listened to my query and solved it immediately without any problem. When I originally received my winning email, I was just about to order my item but was distracted with an emergency I had to deal with so never finished. When I returned 10 days later there was little choice left and the 2 items I had an eye, were no longer available online. I called customer services & the PL agent advises the catalogue to choose from often gets re-stocked but she would check my chosen items to see if they had any spare. Hooray she did! She ordered immediately my first choice and I received it a few days later. I love postcode lottery nothing is ever a bother! I just need to win the big money! Please xx 🤞🏼🫶🏻

I signed up to uk lottery and generally loose money but still win a little month on month. With postcode lottery yes we loose money but hear nothing for months even years. I'll be going back to UK lottery at least I feel I've won something even overall loosing

I previously participated in the word…
I previously participated in the word game Reval on a daily basis; however, I subsequently observed that the gameplay became significantly more challenging. Upon reviewing a screenshot of the results, I identified that the provided solutions could not be formed using the available letters. I contacted PCL, who acknowledged a systemic issue and offered an apology. This incident raises concerns regarding the frequency of erroneous outcomes in the past. Additionally, I noted that the completion bonus was not consistently awarded, even when the requisite conditions were met.
Furthermore, several individuals I consulted, all from different postcodes, reported receiving an identical £5 win at the same time shortly after registering, which appears inconsistent with random distribution. I submitted a Freedom of Information request to inquire about the percentage of users receiving this specific win within their first month. Unfortunately, as PCL is a private entity, they declined to provide this data, which further undermines my confidence in the platform. Consequently, I have cancelled my subscription due to a lack of trust.

I have subscribed direct debit, yet it doesn't work
I have subscribed direct debit. Paid £12.50. And it kept showing as if I am not a member. Every time I logged in, it kept me saying options to get paid by direct debit, even I pay already. So decided to cancel.

I joined the post code lottery few…
I joined the post code lottery few months ago and last month decided to cancel it ,went on their website and tried to do that. somehow a message came through telling me that it is cancelled with a email coming from a company called Postclic !!! I was charged 79 p. Since then it charged me another £43:12 twice. I’ve been trying to get to the bottom of it and found out my subscription hasn’t been cancelled and post code lottery taken another 50 pound since then. So be aware that a scam is going on and don’t have anything to do with a company called Postclic.com.
