I was just catching up on a very small prize I'm due. My good lady wife has told me she received a e mail from Postcode Lottery and won a chocolate selection.as we both subscribe to Postcode Lottery from the same address I was checking when I would receive mine ( I do like chocolate!) your representative was very helpful, polite and knowledgeable. She explained it may be up to this Friday before I get my email even though we are at the same address. Thanks for your help Des.

I could understand the agent and he was…

I could understand the agent and he was respectful but unfortunately he did not understand what I was trying to explain and kept repeating the instruction to type in the box - he couldn’t hear that I wasn’t being given that option. I went into the system whist he was on the line and actually worked out the problem myself- I had to put in the wrong address first before it allowed me to change to any address. The agent didnt agree but that’s fine the problem was resolved 🤩

Wonderful chat with Angela

Had a wonderful chat with Angela when I updated my details and found I had won a £5 voucher to spend. Also learned my subscription had earned £554 for charity for my local school. Feeling happy. If I could win a few noughts on the end that would be amazing. Always hoping and my friends call me Lucky so I’m wishing to be one of your lucky winners . Regards Kay

I rang up to register my details the phone was answered with politeness, happy and very professional gentleman. He explained all I needed to know and much more but most of all he thanked me for the money we have raised for numerous charity's. Thanks to all the team at postcode lottery 🙌
