Very friendly and tried to work a solution for me.
Unfortunately the solution didnt work as the problem is that your website has unsupported protocols, whatever they are! which stop me from gaining access.
Since the solution still required me to use the postcode lottery access I still couldnt get my voucher 🥲
However, by forwarding the link to my husband he could access the voucher from his phone.

The lady was very helpful only i am.disppointed that i had to contact and have missed prizes due to no communication. Disappointed in some respects imagine paying 12 pound a month and then not winning its alot of month per month. I believe every prize no matter hiw small should be just as important. So i missed a prize?
