My list has grown substantially and I was able to provide better customer service by being able to contact my customers.

I would not have left 1 star but they give you no choice. I purchased their TiKTok Shops course for $2000. This course has 0 (zero) value. The information provided can be learned from the TikTok Learing acadamy or YouTube videos and finding products to sell was standard garbage that IMHO will not work.

In addition, there is no good training. They offer some training calls that are supposed to be recorded but only the first one was made available. Many promises made and none kept.

They designed the course so you do not realize it is a SCAM until the enough time passes so they can make the claim to not to give you your money back. There word means nothing! LIARS!

Disappointed is not the word that describes how much these guys are rip off artists. They are successful only by stealing other peoples money.

Please stop sending me emails. This group is filling my inbox with unauthorized SPAM. Be very careful about signing up. They will fill your inbox with thousands of emails from thousands of companies in the ecosystem looking to suck from Amazon's vendors. I have asked numerous times to unsubscribe but they continue to send me SPAM emails and my lawyer recommends that I take them to court as, as a European citizen, they are not guaranteeing my privacy rights. I have unsubscribed from your emails on numerous occasions, why do you continue to send me SPAM?

The concept they advertise may sound promising, but in reality, their emails are unprofessional, outdated, and lack engagement. I feel disappointed and misled because they are not doing what they promised! You are not getting your money's worth at all. It is even more frustrating that I cannot cancel my subscription before 12 months. It feels like a scam.

Avoid signing up for Post Purchase PRO at all costs; it's an absolute scam. Your money is better spent hiring a freelancer to handle email capture, rather than falling for their sales and marketing tactics. The entire process is filled with deceit, and they consistently market the same subpar services. Their billing department went so far as to charge my credit card 5-10 days earlier than agreed upon. Frustrated by their non-performance, I had no choice but to terminate their services.

The lack of transparency is alarming, and they burden you with numerous preconditions before initiating any email marketing campaign. This deliberate delay seems designed to extract money from you every month without delivering results. They come across as nothing more than opportunistic bloodsuckers, and unfortunately, I became one of their victims.

The project was a success, our list has grown by 50% and an increase in sales. Their ideas, methods, and approach were very impressive and, more importantly, effective. I met with my account rep on a regularly, he did an excellent job and was always very responsive.

Don't sign up for Post Purchase PRO because it's a total rip-off. You are better off simply hiring a freelancer to capture emails on your behalf. It's just a bunch of sales and marketing hype and they just keep remarketing the same garbage. Their billing department kept charging my credit card 5-10 days early. I had no alternative but to terminate their services due to non-performance. Furthermore, there is no transparency. There are so many things you have to do prior to the company starting the email marketing campaign. This buys them time of sucking money out of you every month. They appear to be bloodsuckers. And I fell for their tricks! Also, during their webinar, they never mentioned that you have to sign a 1-year contract agreement. I had a terrible experience. Another trick they did was give you $100 via PayPal for simply signing up and attending their webinar. They first pitch you with the program costing a little over $1,000 per month. Then they pitch you again later and lower it to $597 per month. I fell for the bait. I knew it was too good to be true and I was correct. I am so sick of people tricking me and deceiving me. You live and learn.

Don't sign up for anything with these people. They constantly spam you and you can't get off their garbage email list. They even annoy you by sending 1 cent to your PayPal - and since you can't "block" PayPal or "unsubscribe" from PayPal they continue to harass you.

They offer numerous templates to all of their clients (templates of images, emails, etc.) that are the same, the difference being your logo. My billing was paused to allow time for onboarding after the initial payment, billing resumed in error, and they refused to credit the billing error despite 0 services being rendered. Trust the bad reviews. I wish I did. You don't have the option to host your landing pages, locking you into their $700+ monthly subscription, or having to get it redesigned later. Monthly fee for zero customization and zero tangible assets. Many others in my amazon selling group have had a terrible experience with this company as well.

Selling an empty promise, paid them 5 months, not a single sale!
