DO NOT use this company, the worst online experience I have ever had the misfortune of using experiencing.
I started off purchasing his packages one by one, including the Wordpress blog which he said he could not install on my site as he hated JOOMLA CMS and couldn't do it.
He then suggested switching to a Wordpress CMS site which I agreed as the site needed a revamp anyway-BIG mistake. He had previously been on my site trying to load the Wordpress blog without Joy, 2 weeks later my original site crashed and was down for 2 days, he blamed my old web designer which was a crock of crap as nobody had accesse the CMS for 4 months only they had been tinkering with it, he offered no help and just pointed the finger at anybody but himself.
Alarm bells started to ring but I was weeks down the line of the new site so decided to go with it as I'd put hours of work rewriting the content and designing the layout etc to suit his advice from his website.
After numerous emails to and throw pointing out the faults on the site before it was launched even to apoint I was pointing out faults which were ignored and brushed off.
Finally after 5 weeks the site was launched having been told it would take a week max
As it was just a straight swap from CMS styles. After it had been launched I was told on the Friday that they would sort the Optimization on Monday, so I was that busy I just said yep ok. It was only Friday afternoon I realised my enquiries had gone dead Realising my emails were not coming over to me I contacted KEV and he said Darren had gone home and would not do anything until Monday !! I estimate that losses of business that weeken was anything from £2000 to around £5000.
After several scathing emails and refusing to send his telephone number to me so I could speak to him, he blamed me for the website not working and not checking everything was working !! I had to get our old website relaunched as I heard nothing back from him and he left our business in the s...t . We had no apology, no email absolutely nothing back from him and still haven't heard from him. For all he knows we still have a live useless website that doesn't work. AVOID this man at all costs he his an absolute joke of a person and has no morals what so ever , I'm still trying to find out his business address so I can pay him a visit, so if your reading this KEV please drop me a line nothing would give me more pleasure meeting you face to face

I used these clowns and after noticing that the "blog" that they provided was never updated I got in contact and was told that they were concentrating on Link Building at the time. I found this suspicious so I asked a reputable SEO company to provide me with a report. Hey presto, r2Media had done ABSOLUTELY NOTHING on my website other than take £132 per month from my account. No links had been created other than those placed by me. I was told that they "wouldn't show up yet" but this report contained links that I had created just a few days before, so a total lie.

After contacting the delightful Kevin Massey I was told that no money would be returned. He was extremely unhelpful and his sarcastic replies and fob offs are a complete joke.

In short, if you're thinking of using these cowboys, think again. They are a bunch of oxygen thieves who will do you no good whatsoever.

R2MEDIA were a great help to me and my business, I contacted them after I had noticed that my SEO had decreased, they were extremely helpful and understanding. I explained my situation and I was given some excellent advice. I decided to have a look round at other companies but R2MEDIA could not be beaten on price and quality. I am extremely happy that I chose them and I have recommended them to close friend of mine.

R2 media are an excellent SEO company; they are highly skilled and very approachable. I had a detailed conversation with them over the phone and I was delighted with what they offered me. I have been working with them for many months now and my business is doing really well. I will be recommending them to others and I will continue to use their service.

More then happy with the results from r2 media have done for my site. Cheap and get the results I was told it could take around 2 to 4 months to get ranked and they did it in just over 2 months. No bull, straight up and honest. Already suggested them to a friend who is a courier

we have been with r2media for nearly 2 years now and i have to say i couldnt recommend them high enough. all of our 5 key phrases are in the top 3 positions on google and we also have a google maps listing.

my step dad also uses r2media and his bodyshop website is on the first page for his phrases as well. for the sake of 30 quid a month its nothing for the work we get in. always available by email and at the end of the phone for general support questions, had a little dip in rankings over the summer but they updated our site and we are back up there again. thanks guys

R2Media are a complete scam - they don't do anything and as soon as you start asking questions they don't call back.

Do yourself a favour - save whatever money you thought about giving them and donate it to charity - it will at least do some good and your rankings will be exactly the same as if you gave it to them.

I cannot stress this enough - they are complete crooks and their '100% money back guarantee' is total bullsh*t.

BEWARE.

Wouldn’t answer the phone or return my emails so I cancelled my direct debit.

Do not touch this lot - as someone else here has said, a bunch of crooks.

I signed up for their "service" and found them to be appalling, not a single blog entry was written and, when I asked for money back.... no response.

Useless. Best thing I did was cancel my DD.

I hired R2Media about 7 months ago because I wanted to increase the online presence of my business. They promised a money back guarantee, great service and guaranteed positioning of key words in top 10 of Google. I naively signed up, started my direct debit and put my trust in the company. BIG MISTAKE!

Firstly, I discovered that my debit card was being charged double the contracted rate for several months in a row.

Alarm bells went off when someone who also used R2media emailed me and asked whether my website ranking had slipped. I replied, 'no, everything's gone well so far apart from the over-charges.' A few weeks later, my rankings were down by 120%. Week after week, it got worse and worse despite R2media's promises of 'don't worry, it will go back up again.' I also received more emails from other companies who'd used their services and weren't impressed.

When my traffic was almost at zero a day (despite the fact that I do video marketing, guest posts, have a blog, strong social media accounts and more) I decided to look into the matter.

I called the company, sent emails, left messages but no one replied. Now my website is in the pits and I have no idea what to do. I finally got through to someone at R2Media after weeks of trying and guess what I was told? I need to spend a few hundred more in order for them to get my site in better position! What the heck have I been paying £66+ a month for? No explanation of why I was over-charged and no apology from them either.

I've wasted almost 1k with this company and my website is in worse condition than when I was doing SEO myself! Please avoid them and don't get conned like I did!

They've also recently changed the copy on their website so there's no mention of a money-back guarantee!

There customer service is pretty much non-existent. Don't waste your money and just AVOID R2MEDIA!
