Extremely disappointing experience from the start. I placed my order over 2 months ago and still have no proper update or resolution. Communication has been terrible — messages are either completely ignored or responded to with rude, dismissive, and unhelpful attitudes.

As a paying customer, I expected at least basic professionalism and transparency, but instead I’ve been left chasing for answers with no clear information about my order. Customer service seems nonexistent, and when they finally do reply, they make you feel like an inconvenience and are extremely rude.

I would strongly advise others to think twice before ordering from this company unless you’re prepared for long delays and very poor customer support.

I’m disappointed to have to write this review, as I have been purchasing your lashes for quite some time without any previous issues. Unfortunately, my most recent experience has been very poor in terms of customer service.

I placed an order on 15th March, and as of 28th March, I have still not received it. I initially contacted your team via email and received a prompt reply, which I appreciated. However, after that first response, communication significantly declined. I waited over 24 hours for a follow-up, despite clearly explaining that the lashes were needed urgently for an event.

After sending another email, I only received a brief “sorry for the inconvenience” response, with no real update or resolution. This is not the level of service I would expect from a large company—especially one that advertises 1–4 day shipping. Additionally, no tracking information was provided, leaving me with no visibility on my order’s status.

To make matters worse, the lashes I needed are now sold out, and I still have no clarity on whether my order was ever dispatched or when (or if) it will arrive.

It’s particularly frustrating because I’ve always loved the quality of your lashes. However, this experience has made the company seem unreliable, which is very disappointing as a returning customer.

I have been a repeated customer for many orders. To be spoken to in an unprofessional manner in emails when I asked where my order is or any update as it has been 2 weeks. I emailed twice, to only get a response when I commented on their INSTA. Totally put off repurchasing any products as they are not reliable anymore with a stinking attitude.

Ive been a customer for years buying in bulk with minimum orders of £20-30 a time but unfortunately the quality of the lashes has gone down. The strip line is uneven in most the pairs ive bought making them unusable and ive had many rip off as im getting it out the packaging and they should not be so easily ripped. Ive never had issues removing a lash from the packaging until these last couple orders, i gave you another chance thinking maybe Im being too harsh but thats two orders now of wasted lashes. You need to look at how these lashes are being made and inspect them better.

Absolute awful experience and company. I ordered early January (we’re now in March) Upon multiple attempts to contact them for an update I was ignored. Eventually given a refund and BLOCKED. Shame as I was a loyal customer for years. Wouldn’t bother using

Still awaiting my lashes always brought from you ordered 3 wks ago and still nothing. Id avoid like the plague as lack of communication. Also messaged chinelle and she was rude. Defo find another lash supplier this company has lost my custom and my families. Looks like its an ongoing thing looking at other reviews on this site

I have been contacting these guys for weeks. With the bare minimum reply, I haven’t been sent my order and it’s been almost a month. They are happy to delete Instagram comments, post but won’t actually send you your order. Honestly an absolute scam of a company. I’ve ordered before and I thought they were good but apparently they are rebranding and the service has gone so badly downhill. I’d honestly avoid them.

UPDATE : Now I’ve been told I’ve been refunded after countless messages sent, but this isn’t the case. No email has been sent and no money is in my account. Absolute scam. This still hasn’t arrived after emailing and messaging once or twice daily.

I ordered 2 items ORDER NO 307846 on 17th February and received an email the next day saying your order is on its way and EVRI tracking no but EVRI are saying today 26th February that they are still expecting the order.
NOT ANSWERING EMAILS SENT RE UPDATES!!!!

Great service as usual, fab eye lashes, I’ve got quite a stock now and don’t like to run out of them, fabulously priced, come on girls what’s not to like grab yours now you won’t be disappointed 😊

I have ordered from PoundLashes for years now. The lashes are all such good quality, one pair will last me between 10 and 14 days and I wear them every day. They are always delivered in protective packaging and always on time.

I purchased some lip liners that are discontinued, I’ve been looking everywhere for them so was happy to find them at poundlashes.
Very reasonable price and plenty of stock available.
Delivery took around a week from the date I ordered (I purchased around Black Friday) and were delivered within a day after despatch by evri. No issues
I will defo be purchasing again and I’m so happy I found them as it’s my holy grail lip liner I love it. Thank you!!!

Not received item yet after nearly 2 weeks, no updates received. No reply from customer service, really annoyed.

Speedy shipping. Good pricing. It was for a recently discontinued product I can’t live without so bulk ordered and it was exactly what I expected. Well packaged. Happy to recommend and use them again

I 1st ordered after my mua used pl25 for my look in July, I recieved them very quickly, was so glad they where the right ones. They are so easy to fit and look amazing, I have ordered 3 times now. Perfect lashes for a great price.

I was worried when I read these reviews so thought I’d put people’s minds at ease incase they’ve ordered THEN seen reviews like I did 😂

My order was shipped and arrived quickly with every item present. All my items were individually wrapped in nice reusable pink bubble wrap that I’ve saved to use for my own store! Even had a hand written thank you for the tip I left which was lovely! All in everything was a great experience 💁🏽‍♀️ remember people only review when it’s negative , it’s rare people will share good experiences.

I never received my order. Been emailing back and forth and they have stated that I need to take it up with royal mail for not getting my parcel to me. Under the consumer contracts (information, cancellation and additional charges) regulations 2013 I am ALLOWED a FULL REFUND - Including shipping costs. However they are saying that they will either refund me for the items minus the shipping costs or resend the items with new shipping costs. Now they are ignoring my emails. WILL NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN!

UPDATE: The company has responded to this review claiming it is “untrue” and “unfair.” That’s not correct.

I ordered a product that was never delivered, received only a partial refund (minus shipping), and was ignored after multiple attempts to contact them.
