PowerSmart Solutions Reviews

I installed 6.6kW Solar on my house through Power smart solution on December 10, 2024. Initially, the cost was a little higher than other companies, but I chose Power smart solution for the solar installation because they provide a long warranty compared to other companies. On the day of the solar installation, the Solar crews were very agile and skillful in installing the solar, and whenever there was a change in the weather, they sent me a mobile message to be careful, or even warned me to turn off the solar for a while on a day with heavy lightning. Also, when my roof tiles were damaged due to Cyclone Alfred last March, when I contacted Power smart solution, they kindly sent two solar crews to check if the roof tile damage was caused by the solar panels. I would like to thank Power smart solution for their professional solar installation and continuous after-service, and I recommend Power smart solution to many people who are considering installing solar.

Harvey Fonseca Worked with my limited availability to get the job done, he was fast efficient and friendly

We had used Powersmart before and they were very good so we did again. With all the delays due to rain from the cyclone and then having our roof cleaned and painted they were very accommodating. When they did the installation they were very friendly, efficient and helpful with information. The follow up was very fast and efficient.

Excellent workmanship and really great quality gear

Great customer service and at a great price

They are certainly not the cheapest, but if you compare like-for-like products you find they offer top quality — and the installation service was excellent. So far the system is meeting or exceeding what was promised in terms of generation, and the sales staff made it really simple for us.

I have had a good experience with PowerSmart Solutions. Nothing was a hassle for them and the guys who installed the panels were such a pleasure to deal with.

Cooperation and mannerisms

Detailed, timely and professional. Great communication.

Sam turned up on time
very polite & easy to speak with & explained what he would complete for the day
his apprentice was sick & apologized that he would need to come back the following Tuesday to finish the job
Left the place clean & tidy
Happy days

The contractors that came out to finish the job were very professional, and completed all the work.

Install team skilled, neat and cleaned up when they finished.

Prompt efficient service

The employees did a great job. Am very pleased with our come. Might be helpful if they advised the household owner when they have finished and need to come back. They had left but no one advised there was still a little bit of sork to come back and finish

Everyone involved has been great and helpful

Very professional from office contact into brilliant workers.
I highly recommend your business to others

I found the people from PowerSmart Solutions to be very courteous and very professional in all of their dealings. The salesperson who came out was very knowledgeable and able to answer any questions we had. The installation was very quick and the follow up emails etc to get the system up and going were all handled by the team. Highly recommend them.
