I purchased my range rover last week from Precision Motor Group after finding the vehicle on Instagram. When I messaged regarding the vehicle someone called me pretty much straight away. The gentleman I spoke to on the phone was really really helpful. I was invited down to test drive the vehicle the next day. I'm so in love with my new car! Thank you very much to all staff at Precision.

Great car very impressed with vehicle so hard to find a petrol evoque but this one is very clean great guys great car will be back to purchase my Range Rover sport when I’m ready thanks again

Bought a car from them very helpful and very easy to deal with the selection of cars is vast so will easily find what you are looking for good honest cars at great prices great pleasure in dealing with better service then we got from a Mercedes main dealer who was rude and lied about the car they sold

Booked an appointment to view a Toyota gt86 ,travelling 1 1/2 hours to see it and probably to buy it there and then. On arrival was told that someone had put a deposit down and was collecting that day. To say the least I was not impressed that precision motor group chingford didn't have the decency to call me to let me know that the car has been sold and to save me a journey for nothing. Definitely avoid.

I’d seen there were some bad reviews about this place but I was willing to give them the benefit of the doubt and go and see the car and make a purchase on the day so long as it all checked out. I rang up and asked to test drive the car at about 3pm they asked I get there earlier and get there by 2pm. So I rush around to leave and take the 1 and a half hour journey down there. I arrive outside the electric gates for the dealership which are shut. I call and text for 10-15 minutes before someone answers and says ‘ok I’ll have someone let you in’ another 15 minutes goes by I’m still sat there having text again and received no reply. So I left after waiting half an hour to even be let into the property even though they’ve answered the phone and know I’m there.

I’ve just made a 3 hour round trip to see this car and I’m looking to part ways with £15000 of my money and that’s how I was treated.

I’ve still not had a call back or a text or any sort of apology. Don’t waste your time.

Do not trust this dealer. I bought a car from this dealership last year. It had a number of issues immediately and I requested they take it back under warranty. They pushed back and insisted they have an opportunity to fix the car. This took three attempts. Now, 9 months later the problem has returned and the approved service centre have told me it requires a new engine. The dealers are refusing to take any action and I now need to take them to court to get a refund.
